We had a wonderful stay in this villa. The location is excellent, with amazing views from the patio and inside the unit. The unit was very well appointed, and had everything we needed. It was also very clean, and nicely upgraded. Michael the host was very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to be back again soon!

Michael and Zoe were incredible hosts. Their property was exactly as described and we’ll be booking again for next year. They went out of their way to check on our stay and ensured we had everything we would need. Loved this place.

Had a fabulous 4 nights stay with my husband, brother and sister in law on a spring get away from the cold and snow. Was perfect weather! Owner Michael is very responsive and helpful with restaurant recommendation and such. The villa is very comfortable and private, and conveniently located, with just a short drive to quaint Indian Wells' restaurants, shops, and tennis garden. I was impressed that the villa's security gate had my name in an instant when we pulled up, and our late evening entrance/check- in was a breeze. The grounds are beautiful landscaped, meticulously cared for, and quiet. We especially enjoyed the French doors off the dining area that open up to an outdoor covered patio with a big dining table for our breakfasts and happy hours. The patio has lovely views of the mountain, a large lush common grassy area with palms, bougainvilleas, and a big elegant fountain. The walk paths to the pools, fitness center, and bar are also lovely - lined with fountains and citrus trees, and are warmly lit in the evening. We found the master bedroom suite to be very comfortable with good linens, fireplace, a big tub, and a separate shower. It has a private patio, and we loved to crack the door in the early morning to hear the birds singing away! The second bedroom and bath are notably smaller, but my brother and sister in law found it comfortable and adequate. The kitchen had everything we needed - even basic spices and such. We hope to be back!

What is great about this place: 1. The setting with a view of the Santa Rosa mountains. The patio setting for meals is divine. 2. The beach towels for the swimming pools and hot tubs. The pools were clean, clear, and warm/hot. 3. The large fitness center. 4. The large capacity washer and dryer with detergent, as well as other cleaning supplies. 5. The owner’s responsive and immediate help when we needed it. 6. The staples the owners left for us (spices, paper products, etc.). That was considerate and wonderful! (We left our leftover non-perishables for them.) 7. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, storage containers, etc. 8. Master bedroom and bath are spacious. Extra towels were provided. Suggestions for improvement: 1. A teapot, preferably electric with automatic shut off after heating. 2. An additional light in the guest bedroom so there are reading lamps on both sides of the bed.

My wife and I recently stayed at Michael & Zoe's beautiful villa in La Quinta, CA for a quick get-away with our two young children, ages 3 and 5. Overall the villa was beautifully furnished and we could not have asked for a better quick vacation. The villa had all of the right amenities we needed for our family to enjoy the area and, overall, the villa's location and surroundings were beautiful. We hope to return again soon! Thank you!

There are so many little things that make this villa spectacular. The little things just pile up: the soaps in the shower, the new laundry machines with soap and even dryer sheets, a completely stocked kitchen, and even beach towels. The location is close to so much and the pools and hot tubs everywhere. We hope to be back soon!

This first floor unit at Legacy Villa is the perfect location in the development. It has beautiful views of the mountains and quick access to the walking path and overlooks the wide grassy lawn and water feature. The inside of the unit has recent cabinet upgrades. The owners of this property are very attentive with any questions or concerns and we would definitely stay with them again. Our family enjoyed an entire week in this unit over Thanksgiving and we could not have had a more relaxing week. Plenty of space for a family of 4 to spread out or come together for meals or movies. Renting this property was such a great choice. I surprised my friends for a 50th bday getaway. Everyone was amazed at the beautiful grounds and immaculately clean home. So spacious with awesome amenities... great trip all around.

We brought our two year old daughter for a few days. The property was nice and we felt very safe. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed. Michael was also very nice and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!

My 12 year old daughter and I stayed the weekend at the condo as we were taking part in the Desert International horse show. It was perfect. The condo was very tastefully decorated and roomy. The pool was close and the communication with Zoe snd Michael was very helpful I would stay here again for trip away

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious and well appointed. We were happy that we were on the ground floor and could enjoy the surrounding mountain views from the patio. We would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home and community. The homeowners clearly put so much thought into the comfort of their guests, all is so well appointed. We were so comfortable in this home, and the community offers so much as well. Close to dining and shopping, and we really treasured the time spent on the lovely patio with views of the mountains. We also really appreciated the responsiveness and communications with the powners. Hope to visit again soon.

Had a great weekend stay! Went with toddlers, teens, and adults. The resort has a kiddie pool area that had a water splash area which won my kids over. The unit is as described and comes with everything you would need. Would rent again!

Had another great stay at Michael’s La Quinta 3BR condo. This is my second time within the past year. Looking forward to another trip in the future.

We absolutely love staying here. This is our go to place when we are in La Quinta. It’s the best location on the property. Large patio and a lot of greenery surrounding the property. Located across from one of the pools. The property manager is the best. Very accommodating and easy to get a hold of if needed. All three bedrooms are nice with comfortable beds and TVs.

We have stayed at Legacy Villas on numerous occasions. This unit was our favorite. The location has an amazing view and is just steps away from a satellite pool. It was stocked well with everything that one would need for a wonderful stay. The owners were wonderful and got back to us when we had any questions. This place is top notch.

Overall it was a nice weekend away with sons and moms. I’m not sure if it was because the Covid rules or if Legacy is usually very strict but at times it wasn’t as relaxing as we had hoped for. We also didn’t like the camera that was pointing towards the villa on the patio and that made us feel very uncomfortable. The owner emailed me about multiple noise complaints. We had been hearing the neighbors above us with loud music and sounded like stomping above us yet we were getting the complaints. None of us said we would go back because there are other villas we’re we have felt more relaxed.

This was a great property! Michael the owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to our communications. This condo was on the ground floor in a great location. Easy parking and right across from the pool. We loved the entry exit process. So simple. We reserved all 3 rooms of the condo. The condo was very well decorated and had great amenities. The 2 suite bathrooms had nice soaking tubs and walk in showers. 3rd bathroom had a nice tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with all the appliances you need. Lots of room and we had 3 couples for a weekend of golf. Plenty of golf courses nearby and plenty of dining options with in minutes of the condo. What a great find and we are already planning on returning. Thanks again Michael and Zoe for making it so easy and having such a beautiful property!

Booking and communication was easy and fast with Michael. The La Quinta condo is located inside the gated Legacy Villas and tucked back by the mountain side so very quiet. Shopping and plenty of dining choices are a short drive away. The condo is well prepared for any family with kids cups, kids plates, and plastic cups for the pool. COVID-19 pool access is limited to two hours per day with sign ups 7am Saturday morning. I would happily rebook this condo in the future or Michael's other properties in Colorado if headed that direction. Thank you Michael for a great weekend.

Nice home in a lovely setting. Owner extremely responsive and quickly ironed out a small issue.

The property was great and has the option to rent anywhere from 1-3 rooms to accommodate up to 6 guests. There are a ton of Community pools on the property That are pretty empty, so it feels like you’re at your own little compound. The hosts are also super helpful and sweet!

We really enjoyed our small getaway. The area was beautiful.

We had a wonderful time! we went swimming we also went ATV Riding, that was a new and exciting experience. Our air bnb was beautiful inside and out. Very clean and well kept.

This was our second time staying at a Legacy Villa property. The home was well appointed with all the comforts of home. Communication with Michael was timely which was a plus given the last minute booking. The split master suites were perfect as we stayed with our baby in one room and my in-laws stayed in the other. We enjoyed having coffee with mountain views on the patio, which skirts the walking path and is next to a gorgeous fountain. We appreciate Michael & Zoe’s hospitality, thank you!
