Our group loved our stay at this property - there was plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. If back in the area with a large group, we will definitely stay here again!

We have been meeting with friends from all over for over 20 years and this is by far our favorite house. The owner is easy to communicate with and the house is great. The only thing that I would mention is that the carpet is a little worn and the house needs another refrigerator, other than that it’s perfect

Brad was a very nice host quick to respond to messages of questions i had before and after booking. House was just as the pictures showed, very clean, a very well stocked kitchen with all your cooking needs, wonderful bedrooms/baths, lovely large porches! All around a wonderful and great experience with our friends.

The whole family left wanting more time here. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together in this comfortable and well equipped place. We will plan to stay longer next year.

Loved this place. Location was great, clean, big pantry and kitchen for group meals. Open, large gathering areas and plenty of parking but also plenty of rooms to retreat to when people needed to get away from the noise. The porch was a favorite.

Those are the words my daughter texted us all - as she was the first to arrive. We were there with our children and grandchildren (four families) and had so much space to both be together - and to be ourselves. The views are phenomenal and there is not one bad room in the house. The kitchen is amazing and well stocked - with an awesome grill outside. The drive up the mountain was beautiful, even has an adorable bridge to go under. Plenty of room for parking. Great communication with the owner before we arrived. We'll probably be back!

I can not put into words how perfect this property was for my family and I to celebrate my son’s Masters graduation. The layout and accommodations were great! Brad was awesome at communication and accommodating special requests!! Highly recommend and will definitely stay on our next trip to Boone!

The house was a perfect gathering of quilting friends from 4 states, from Maryland to Florida. The spacious living/dining area was an excellent place to sew and visit and laugh. We made much use of the wonderfully furnished kitchen and slept well in the very comfortable beds. We may just have to book this one again!

We are a group if cousins ages 64 to 80. We get together 2 or 3 times a year. We are all originally from Lenoir. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The owner was amazing, the kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever had. Total perfection for our group. We plan on returning. If we were allowed, we would give 10 stars.

The house is amazing and had plenty of space for a large group to gather together for a long weekend. It is well appointed and was very clean. The highlight was the spectacular views. We definitely will come back for future visits!

he cabin was perfect. We’ve been using this place for years for our college ministry winter retreat. The open spaces give us room to play games and have group discussions. The kitchen is perfect for feeding a large group The location is perfect for access to the parkway and trails. We look forward to coming back next year.

The photos of this property do not do it justice. We had more than enough space, and everything we could have needed was supplied. Fantastic house close to Boone, but far enough away to avoid regular traffic. Excellent stay.

My family met at this beautiful house to celebrate the life of my dad. It was every kind of wonderful and we can't wait to go back! Not only was the house perfect, but they took extra steps to decorate for fall. Those little gifts mean a lot!

The Lodge was roomy and everything you would want in a Mountain retreat. Loved the kitchen, large bedrooms, wrap around porch, and great views. Easy access to Boone down town. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a group of friends staying there for our annual mountain trip. What a wonderful rental - so tastefully decorated with adorable details. The space was perfect for us to spread out. The kitchen was stocked very well which was helpful when we cooked big meals for the group. We are planning on coming back!

My wife and I have taken 6 widow ladies to the mountains in Tennessee for the past 4 years but had not been to the Boone area. This year we decided on Boone and were not disappointed. This house is located in an area that allows easy access to The Blue Ridge Parkway and into downtown Boone. One of the largest issues when we look for a house in the mountains is decent road access. The roads were good for mountain roads and did not cause a lot of stress entering and leaving the property. The house was very spacious and allowed everyone to enjoy their own private space. The kitchen was well stocked and the common areas were large enough to enjoy sitting, talking and watching TV. The view from the Master suite upstairs was really nice but overall the Mountain View is limited due to the trees in the neighborhood. Brad Haas was an amazing host. He was very responsive and wanted to insure that our trip was enjoyable. I think the final review was given by the ladies who looked at me and my wife and asked if we could return there next year. That still remains to be seen but if we return to the Boone area and this property is available we will stay there again.

House, location and communication were all top notch. Brad quickly remedied the upstairs HVAC system going out by placing window units in all the upstairs bedrooms prior to our arrival, ensuring we were comfortable for the full weekend. I highly recommend this property for any large group gatherings!

This home worked very well for our family reunion with 11 people. The home is well supplied with linens, towels, and the kitchen has everything imaginable for the cook. The setting is wonderful on a quiet mountainside with a scenic view to the north.

We traveled to Boone with our kids and grandkids and found the house to be just the right size for the 12 of us! The kitchen is indeed well-stocked for making meals. It was a short drive to both Boone and Blowing Rock where we found plenty to do. Brad was extremely easy to communicate with and promptly responded to all our questions. We would definitely go back! I'm from a large family and we are spread all over the country. Every July we make it a point to get together and have been coming to this property for over 10 years. It feels like home. It's large and comfortable. And we love sitting on the porch for hours on end swapping stories. Love this place!
