Schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse wo auch das Frühstück stattfindet. Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Angenehme Atmosphäre in den Räumen.

Englisch von einigen Mitarbeiter verbesserungswürdig. Frühstück ohne Buffett, sondern mit zubuchbaren Menü. Gegend sehr zentral, jedoch mit Koffern schwer zu erreichen. Keine Verbindung vom Händy zum Fernseher möglich

Жили в здании Hause, были втроём в номере 3105. Этот номер больше обычного (нас сперва поселили в 3102, где кста лучше вид и очаровательный мини балкончик, но места восем мало на троих). А в 3105 дополнительное спальное место отлично вписалось. Кстати, очень хороший матрас на дополнительном месте (обычно это просто маленький неровный диваничк или раскладушка, но тут - супер). Интерьеры - прекрасны и радуют взгляд. Очень чисто, уборка сразу как только кнопку возле двери нажмёшь. В номере есть всё необходимое и прекрасная косметика, , халаты, тапочки, капсульная кофеварка! чайник, минибар с наполнением, которое первый раз - бесплатно. Вода в стеклянных бутылках, больших,вкусная. Персонал отлично говорит по-английски, очень профессиональны, решали для нас и вопросы бронирования столиков в разных ресторанах города, дали прекрасные рекоменации, всегда дружелюбны, готовы помочь. Прекрасно расположен отель! До башни минуты 3, до порта и Галата мост - 3 минуты. Идеально. Хороший ресторан на верхнем этаже. Очень вкусные завтраки. В стол приносят базовый набор турецкого завтрака (булочки, сыры, фрукты. овощи. йогурт, мёд, джем, масло, чай-кофе-апельсиновый сок) и плюс из меню можно заказать разные горячие блюда: омлет, яичница, жареный халуми, блинчики с ягодами, олади с кленовым сиропом, менемен, гранола... всё не упомнишь. Вид на завтраках на старый город и Золотой рог

с видом из окна, если кому-то важно, будет сложно окна в номере прекрасные: сохранены старые рамы, фурнитура, но открыть их невозможно. опять же кому важно

카라쿄이 역이랑 도보 3분 컷이고 새로 지어서 그런지 숙소가 정말 깨끗합니다 호텔 건물이 2동이였고 조식먹는 건물은 제가 묵은 동이랑 걸어서 1분 정도 되는 위치에 떨어져 있긴 했어요 그래도 괜찮았던게 첫날 체크인할때 구글맵에 찍어주셔서 쉽게 갈 수 있었고, 주문하면 요리를 해 주셔서 좋았습니다 직원분들도 다들 친절해서 아주 기분좋은 시간이였어요! this hotel is very close to the tram station and has extremely clean facilities It has 2 buildings for hotel so I had to visit another building to eat the breakfast but is was not irritating because at the first day for check in, they kindly typed the address of that, and it also super close to each other :) my holidays with this hotel was very nice because all staffs of here were kind thank you!

교통편이 용이한 카라쿄이 지역에 위치해서 이동이 편했어요.^^ 직원들도 친절하고 조식도 맛있었어요!!! 담에 또 숙박하고 싶네요~

Great location to explore the city. Charming hotel. Breakfast was very good.

The Moise restaurant has a great rooftop. However, the choice of food for dinner is very limited and nothing special. On top of that it's very pricey for such poor quality. Breakfast on the country, was good. Nissim was closed for renovation.

위치와 아침식사

4박을 하는 동안 침대 정리와 수건 교체외 룸 청소가 잘 안되었습니다. 바닥, 카페트 청소와 샤워용품, 화장지등을 충전하지 않았습니다. 그것만 수정된다면 시내 중심에 아주 훌륭한 호텔이 될것 입니다.

Breakfast was wonderful with such a fabulous range of dishes. The breakfast staff were excellent and the views from the terrace were fabulous.

It would be really good to have decaffeinated tea and coffee on offer.

Great location, fabulous room. Rooftop bar was great and the breakfast amazing

We were due to check in at 2pm but there was a Marriott platinum member in our room who didn’t leave till after 4pm. We finally got to check in at 6pm! The hotel provided drinks and free breakfast to compensate but we’d missed an afternoon sightseeing and were rushed for our dinner reservation. Unfortunately they compounded this negative experience by failing to book our taxi to the airport and we had to carry our luggage down the steep steps to find a taxi

Ciekawy wystrój pokoju, taras z pięknym widokiem

First of all the staff was very kind to us and eager to help. The hotel is situated in a very touristic area, and very close to public transportation, to Galata Tower and to Istiklal street which lead to Taksim square. The hotel was stylish and pleasant and there was also a nice scent at the corridors. The rooms also were clean,stylish and soundproofed, the cleaning lady came by every day, and she provided us with fresh towels and water. The mattress and the pillows were very comfortable . They also provided us slippers and bathrobes and all of the other small amenities. If you are lucky and get a room at the 5th floor you will see also the blue mosque from your window. The breakfast was nice and I advice you to take it at the terrace of the other building of the hotel were the view is just delightful. Last but not least they gave us a parking space for free for our car but keep in mind the places are limited.

It would be nice to have consistency in the menu breakfast and serve the same plate for each meal from the menu everyday, also the rooms were a bit small.

L'emplacement, la taille la chambre, la décoration, la literie et la propreté. Professionnalisme du portier dans une situation inattendue.

la réception a maladroitement tenté de nous "recaser" dans un autre hôtel en nous expliquant que ça allait nous plaire car la chambre n'était pas disponible ! Nous avons insisté et avons finalement obtenu la chambre qui correspondait à notre réservation. Présence de préservatifs à coté des chewing-gums sur le bureau ne correspond pas à ce que l'on s'attend dans un hôtel de cette catégorie .

We stayed for 2 nights from December 22th to 24th, and all I can say is, It was amazing! A great historical boutique hotel in a great location. It was beyond my expectations. Their superb service and hospitality made my trip memorable. They contacted us before the trip to ask if we need anything and as soon as we got there, invited us to the rooftop for having turkish tea and sweet with an amazing view. The hotel rooms are beautiful and super clean and you will feel totally safe during the Corona pandemic. I really loved the design and the decoration. We had a room upgrade and the room size was great. The breakfast was phenomenal and the terrace view was amazing. We also had dinner at the Moise resturant and it was delicious. Great food, great music and breathtaking view. The hotel wifi was great and and also they gave us a portable modem so we had internet connection everywhere. The staff were so helpful, kind and friendly that I felt like I'm at home. Everyone was extremely caring and attentive. They were all fluent in English and the communicating was easy. I will definitely come back in my next trip to Istanbul to stay in this wonderful hotel again and I totally recommend it to everyone. Finally, I would like to thank all staff of the hotel and hope to see you soon :)

L’accueil, le personnel, l’établissement et ses restaurants en combinaison avec l’autre établissement de la même famille à courte distance, son emplacement géographique

De ligging is optimaal om de grootste bezienswaardigheden te voet te kunnen bezoeken. Het hotel ligt in een aangename omgeving. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd en wordt aan tafel gebracht. Lekkere keuzegerechten kunnen worden bijgevoegd. De restaurants op de daken zijn een troef. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze kamer was groot, netjes en goed uitgerust.

Een shuttle naar de luchthaven blijkt vrij duur uit te vallen. Wij kozen aldus voor een ander alternatief. (via een website) Het internet werkt vrij traag. Sneller internet moet worden bijbetaald.

Our stay at the DeCamondo Galata was fantastic in all aspects. I recommend visiting both rooftop restaurants and the wine cellar in the House building. The staff is great, they greeted us each morning by name and showered us with attention and gifts. A special, big, warm thank you to Murat, the hotel manager. He was outstanding and helped with all my queries with a smile. I'll most certainly come back.

Порекомендовали отличные рестораны, забронировали там столики. Вобщем мы чувствовали себя желанным гостями! Супер. СПАСИБО! В такой отель хочется аозвращаться!

Location,Convenient transportation. The service attitude is good
