Location was perfect near to shop and tram stop. Breakfast was first class with variety of food choices. Hotel staff was helpful and polite.

Room was very small and not ideal for my family. No lift to reach my room and it looks newly refurbished so there is no air condition in the hallway and room looks not ready for service - loose electric wire lying around TV, telephone line is not working, broken toilet seat, loose wall mirror.

Pues que el desayuno no tuviese zumo de naranja natural pues, si se quería tomar había que pagar. Como consejo: Quiten las plantas artificiales de la decoración pues no son bonitas ni hacen diseño.

Amazing staff they were super helpful and a couple could speak good English. Pool and spa area was nice the steam room was awesome. I had a massage and the lady was great.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes à pied du quartier de Sultanahmet, et à 1 minute à pied du tramway. Le quartier est très sympathique avec de bons restaurants, des boutiques et le Parc de Gulhäne. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et attentif, les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Les piscines sont un vrai plus surtout lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Vraiment le top pour un hôtel. Merci au personnel

The Hotel infrastructure including rooms are extraordinary and very comfortable. They even have a space with some tipical clothes (seem very clean and neat) in case anyone would like to wear it for a quick picture. Location is good to walk around many bar, restaurants, metro and some interesting important points of Istambul. .

Receptionist most of them were cold a somehow rude. As well as the one that show me where my room was located( with his first words been "you arrive in a bad time, I finish my shift but now I have to show you your room") yes, very inappropriate! P.S. I did not request to be shown where my room is, but seems to be part of their service, nor I was asked if I wanted to(not that I won't like that, but as a costumer I believe I won't deserved to hear such words instead of a good evening or at least a hello welcome! Only 1 or maybe 2 parking space(so if you book here and have rent a car, you'll probably want to cancel your booking and search another hotel with a parking), there's also a Private pay-parking park 3-4 blocks away but it only opens between 9-10 AM so until them you are stuck waiting to have your car to move around, however; if you're on foot or with Taxis/Uber then I'll fit you perfectly. No breakfast for early check-outs, even though I've read some other comments that they have had early "to go breakfast" well we hadn't, according to again another cold and somehow rude receptionist it was too early for the "to go breakfast". So I have a bottle of water from the room (and yes, I had to asked the keyroom again to go get the bottle of water to at least have water until I get the the airport and find a bar/restaurant for breakfast). In total a bittersweet experience at this hotel, the cleaning and the well taking care of rooms and comfortable beds are great, but hopefully on my next visit the reception staff may be simpatic or at least polite.

I am so disappointed by the transfer service Arriving at the hotel Miss Istambul was demanded to pay transfer additional payment of 40€ that the transfer was not paid and the transfer was provided by Hotell additional, it was 5 different phone numbers communication from different transfer companies what are confusing hues provide the transfer services, the same situation was with return transfer where hotel staff demanded an additional payment of 40€ where the transfer was delay one hour when I mentioned that I have to be in Airport at 12 non ( pick up time was 11 ap), there were 3 different income numbers before pick up time to informing of delay of 10 min later 15 min finally transfer arrive to the pickup point the Miss Istambul hotel 11.47 am for the journey to the Istanbul airport. Sorry in the mobile application, I can't provide a screenshot in the attachment I will gladly provide additional information by your request in email. The situation made me all trip worried, that the hotel reception staff wouldn't get into arguments as the reception staff all-time demanded to pay for the transfer with the information that the transfer was arranged by the hotel not by Booking.com the same when I left with already one hour delay reception stopping me with the request to pay for the transfer and they do not accept the information I told them that the transfer is prepaid in Booking.com I wish to receive official apologies from the hotel Miss Istambul's management and the transfer provider. I will be grateful may receive some additional discounts in future due to the situation by Booking.com or the hotel

The hotel is located in one of the most touristic areas of Istanbul, with easy access to restaurants, shopping areas, public transportation and walking distance to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The staff was polite and helpful with different recommendations. The spa is great after a long walking day, offering a sauna, a Turkish bath, a steam sauna and a pool. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The rooms were sparkling clean and comfortable enough to recharge your batteries for the next day of exploring the city. The hotel staff offered the option of a private transfer to the airport which is much better than using a taxi or public transportation.

Poziționarea hotelului este una foarte bună din punctul meu de vedere, aproape toate obiectivele fiind în zona, multe restaurante etc

Cafeaua de la micul dejun este de fapt cafea solubila, am comandat la bar un espresso și un capucino și mi-au fost aduse tot de jos de la micul dejun. Nu au espresor la barul din recepție. Am fost nevoit sa beau cafea turceasca. La camera 3115 unde am fost cazat usa de la baie era toată umflata de la umezeală, coșul de gunoi deformat și greu accesibil, foarte întunecată (lipsa lumini care sa permită barbieritul). Din păcate lipsa personalului de la spa și barul de la piscină mi-a creat disconfort....lipsa bauturi, persoane care intrau cu papucii în saună și îmbrăcate

After a disaster at another hotel and booking this one last minute, everything went super smoothly with my stay. Check-in was easy, and the staff were nice and helpful. The room was small, but still bigger than some others I've seen in Istanbul. Beds were comfortable, and the AC, at least in my room, was extremely effective, and I was able to have the room nice and chilly for sleeping. Breakfast was decent, but nothing exceptional. Location was phenomenal, easy walking distance from all the main attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, etc. And it's right next to a tram stop (The T1 line that goes by all the other attractions not within walking distance like Taksim Square) and the Sirkeci train station/metro, which was convenient for taking the metro over to the Asian side (or any other place in the city you want to go by metro) for those who aren't fond of ferries like me.

Like other reviews said, walls were a little thin, and you could hear stuff from other rooms and trams going outside, etc. But it tended to quiet down as it got later, so it wasn't a huge issue for me as I went to bed late anyway and use a sound machine. The room had no natural light, but it was specified in the booming and was cheaper than other rooms. I didn't mind since I was always out in the city most of the day anyway. Kids are allowed in the Hamam, and if you get a particularly loud group (like I did one night), it is impossible to have a relaxing time. The bathroom fan made a weird resonating noise that bothered my ears when standing inside the shower with the doors closed, but that could just be me. WiFi was outrageously slow, so don't plan on doing work. I only used it over mobile data to conserve my data.

Parfait . Situation au top : près de tout et très bien desservi par le tram. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié . Chambre avec vue : très confortable et propreté irréprochable. Équipements ( hamman, piscine intérieur ) : parfait ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

The spa was great to relax after the day of walking around the city. Location is great and the hotel is peaceful.

Only small things could be better like more non-diary breakfast options or like when eggs with pepper end not replacing them with eggs and cheese.
