The location is good. Easy access and easy to get around.

The toilet is for tall people almost unusable. The space toilet to wall is extremely small. Have of the apartment is of no use because the ceiling is too low.

Excellent amenities. The place had everything and even more than we expected. Kitchen utensils were there, plus coffee, tea, sugar...I mean all you need. Additionally, there was washing powder in the laundry room so there was no need to buy one. The host was super helpful, answered on time and made sure we had everything we needed.

The front door was open all the time so everyone could enter the property. We don't watch tv but people who do could be dissatisfied with the variety of channels (mostly in Russian), however it didn't bother us. :) Better go and discover the town and nearby national parks rather than watch telly :P

1. The location is way outside the city center, but it didn't bother us because we had a car. 2. Parking is no problem, as we had found space right in front of the door every day of our stay. 3. There is a large flatscreen-TV with hundreds of channels (satellite system). 4. There is a small kitchen and fridge, which we could use. 5. There is a small enclosed outdoor space (... I wouldn't call it a garden) with fake grass and a table and chairs.

1. The bedroom was tiny and the bed was touching the walls on either side. So you had to enter from the foot of the bed. 2. The entire apartment had not been cleaned properly. We felt very uncomfortable sleeping in the bed or using the utensils, which we ended up washing before using them 3. The sofa was stained and worn out - it was too disgusting to sit on it, so we covered it with a bedsheet 4. The TV's language had been set to Russian, and since we can't read the Cyrillic letters, we were stuck having to go through the channels one by one, until we found the channels we wanted to watch (this was a satellite TV system with hundreds of channels). Although I asked one of the people from the company to help us with this issue, they never did anything about it 5. The entire small building, which is divided into rental apartments, was dirty and uninviting. Right at the entrance was a "water bar" for cold water, which was dripping and which caused the entire entrance area to be wet. We almost slipped and the wet floor when we came into the building 6. The lock box for the key was not locked. We just opened it and removed the key without using any combination 7. The front gate of the building and the front door to the house were always unlocked, as the locks didn't even work 8. After making the reservation, we were bombarded with an endless amount of emails and messages with instructions on how to check-in and enter the building. It had all been very confusing! Even though we had arrived with the actual "check in time", there had nobody there to greet us. Instead people just communicated with us via WhatsApp. 9. This apartment building is run by a company. You will not find personal service here and it seems that whoever works for the company does not care one bit about the cleanliness-state of the building 10. To be fair, we are in our 50s and are maybe somewhat picky.

table was too big for such small place. communication could be improved- too many people involved and no reply until Yakir can and helped.

everything was clean and our room was perfect for three people, in addition Meir helped us and was super available for every question or issue we had. I would definitely come back!

Place was really clean, well-equipped and a far, but manageable walk to the beach. Place comfortable for a night or two.

Bit of a distance beach, but nothing we didn't know before booking. Outside area was a little disappointing with very old furniture scortched by the sun. The apartment was in the basement, so this with the tiny outside area made us not really want to spend time at the apartment. Other 1st floor apartments appeared much nicer. Unable to log into the TV to watch anything.

They told us we could arrive at 2:30pm.We did but the room wasn't ready.We had to wait till 3:45pm and were yelled at by the person in charge for going into the room before he got there.We were waiting outside in 40° heat.The cleaner gave us permission to go in,thankfully.

A very cozy apartment with an incredible design

Very nice and modern apartment. 15 minutes walk to the city and the beach. The host Amit was very friendly and helpful!!! Good communication when arriving and leaving.

Exceptionally clean, modern and well designed facilities. Amit met us at the facilities, helped us with our luggage (thank you, Amit) and walked us through the place. In addition to the facilities we had a private garden space.

We arrived to the apartment and the guy name was Amit that met us. He was so nice and explained us everything we where needed. Thank You
