Immediate and extended family stayed the week at this location. The property was very accommodating for our large group with several activities at the house. The kitchen is well stocked, which was helpful. It is also located near many state parks that we visited, and is a reasonable drive from Nashville. We would recommend the property to other families visiting the area.

Lovely property that fit the needs of our family get together. House has nice amenities, but not a lot of extra towels or blankets. Bit of a drive to nearest grocery store but the scenery is worth the drive.

Great space. 6 BR 4 Baths. Family enjoyed three nights in this great house. There were 13 of us. Easy checking. Easy checkout.

House was exactly as listed and perfect location & space for our friends to enjoy the weekend together. The downstairs/pool room were perfect for game day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out or gather together. There is a large pantry beside the kitchen with an additional refrigerator and since we were a large group we filled up both refrigerators. The pool table room was a hit with everyone. We have already rebooked for another stay!

The tv remote in the pool room needs batteries, the tv in the bedroom off the dining room did not work for whatever reason. The shower valve in the master bath is tricky. It just goes all the way around and shutting it completely off took some luck. The flood lights under the deck in the back did not come on. It rained our whole stay so we were there a lot! The home fit everyone well and it was super quiet there. Thanks for the coffee pot.

We just returned from a 5 night stay there with our 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-laws, and 4 grandchildren. Without a doubt this gorgeous home has us, wanting to return again and again! So much so, that we are already making plans to return in 2022. The owner of this home is fantastic, in that he sees that it stays well maintained. When we walked through the doors this year, we found that the entire inside had been repainted a beautiful oyster grey, new bedspreads in all 6 bedrooms, new screening on the large inviting back porch, (where we spent each day and evening recounting with our wonderful family again). The property is also so well kept ... very very clean throughout. The well appointed spacious 'gourmet' kitchen has become our favorite place to visit with each other. There is plenty of room for the 'chefs' in our family to laugh and talk as they prepare our dinner. The large oval dinning room table is also a late night favorite of ours, where we gathered each evening to play board games, The property has a fantastic hot tub, which we have used in the past, but we were just too busy sitting on one of the two decks, enjoying our family time together, (which is rare), to take advantage of it this year. We did however, enjoy the community pool, which is included in the rental. It has never been crowded, even on a holiday weekend. Because of the pandemic and being cautious with Covid going around, our coming together as a family meant more to us than ever this year. If you want a place to call 'home' for a few days and to make new memories, Paradise Inn is the place you should reserve. Take it from our family, this should be your choice! Thanks to the owner Robert, for sharing his home. We want you to know that we took take of it like it was our own. In all of our years of doing vacation rentals, yours is the best! Please know, that we will return.

We've tried others around it and they just don't match up to it. We didn't have a working dishwasher upstairs and the house could have stood a little more TLC. I would still recommend it. He couldn't go downstairs but didn't really need to. It was perfect for our needs. The hot tub was nice and the community pool was very nice, not crowded at all. We would definitely go back.

Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The hot tub and screened porch with the calming beautiful view were great for relaxing and reading. TV spaces were comfortable and spacious too. Area is quiet andPlenty of parking. Pool area in Blue Water Bay is always a favorite with our family. We also like that we’re near Smithville too. We had a wonderful 2021 Memorial Day Weekend! All of us hiked Burgess Fall and 2 hiked Cummin Falls.

Property overall was clean. The upper deck off kitchen area was not. They did send someone to sweep and spot clean for us. Then it was ok. Very spacious! The community pool was not open yet and it was hot weather. Pool opens Memorial Weekend. Disappointed grandkids no where to swim.
