This was our 7th year at this property and it gets better every year! The location, cleanliness, attention to detail, and proximity to the beach has given my family the very best memories. The owners and Martha Murray year after year have been very responsive and helpful with our stay. We will be back next year for year number eight!

Our vacation at 31 Caleb street was excellent. The house was exactly as advertised and very clean. Outdoor area was beautiful. The distance to the beach was short , less that 5 minute walk and the area was quiet. Martha Murray rentals was very organized and the communication was excellent . The vacation was wonderful.

We rented for a week in the beginning of October. This place is beautiful; the only downfall we could find is you can hear everything (inside & out). I can see where parking would be a problem during busy vacation months. Other than those two things; we had a wonderful vacation!

Start to finish our stay in Dennisport was great. We were able to check in early to an immaculately clean house. Perfect cottage with great decks for a break from everyday life.

The house was great. It was clean and lovely upon our arrival. The description was accurate, except the outdoor grill didn’t work. The kitchen was well equipped for home cooking. We went to the Brewster museum of Natural History and had fun with the scavenger hunt. We got take out from Wee Packet and Cookes seafood restaurants. All was delicious !
