Brilliant, comfortable, local to where we want to be.., great. We will be back.
This time we came for my birthday so the cold chilled bottle of Prosecco when we arrived was an very welcome bonus and went down very well thank you!

Lovely stay at Ben’s
The flat is very spacious and with a well equipped kitchen. Very cosy and and great location.

Great place
The location for us was perfect. Not only is it super close to the rail station, it is right next to a bus stop and directly across the street from Wolfies, our favorite fish and chips place.
There were just the two of us so we only used the second bedroom for storing luggage. The living area is plenty spacious and well equipped, the only item that maybe would improve it would be a microwave.
Wifi was generally fine although sometimes the signal dropped in the bottom bedroom.
The owner, Ben, was super responsive on a couple of minor issues.
Overall, highly recommended; we plan on being back next year.

Great for a short break away
This property is really well situated and we were really impressed by how clean, tidy and comfortable it was. It was the perfect place to come back to for a short rest between going to the beach and eating out! Ben was a wonderfully helpful host. The detailed check-in information was brilliant, and he was really easy to reach when we had a question on arrival. Thank you!

Just wanted to say thank you for our lovely comfortable stay in your beautiful apartment. Everything was lovely and we had all that we needed especially the extra large fluffy towels - brilliant. We did notice some toe nail clippings down the sofa by the window but these things happen and we definitely won't hesitate to stay again soon as it is so close to our 2 gorgeous girls. The only improvement we could think of was having a spare set of keys as there were 3 of us we sometimes were doing different things at different times. Overall fantastic and we will be back.

Hove Holiday
The location of the property couldn't have been better from our perspective, being so close to 3 different transport options, Train, Bus, Taxi, meant no need for a hire car, the property also enjoys having bars, cafes, and shops on the doorstep.
The property itself is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed making it easy to live in for two people, however it can accommodate more if needed. The only downside from our point of view is there is a lack of clothes hanging space but we believe Ben, the owner, is addressing this so shouldn't be a problem in the future, overall a great place to stay and my wife and I are happy to recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Hove/Brighton area.

A little piece of home in busy Brighton and Hove
This property was fresh, clean, nicely decorated and some lovely finishing touches. We really enjoyed our stay and were happy to have everything close by including a regular bus service to Brighton pier which was a god send with two small children whose legs don't carry them far without complaining 🙂

Beautiful apartment, great location - highly recommend!
Ben's apartment is ideally located for Hove, everything is within walking distance and there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was stylish, clean and comfortable and Ben was a great host, very welcoming and really easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend!
