This is a great place to stay on Amelia Island. The condo is newly renovated. When we checked in, we were pleased that the condo was spotless and well stocked with all the essentials. The hosts even provide extra necessity items like toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, etc which was a nice added touch. The place also feels very homey and cozy. The pool on property is also very nice and the complex is very close to the beach. You can easily walk to the beach—as a tip for others traveling with toddlers like us, you do have to walk around the building and across the street to get to the beach. Not a far walk but we found it easier to have a twenty second car ride across the street and there is parking right by the beach access (and an entrance with no stairs to get down to the beach). We were amazed that there were always plenty of parking spots too. Nothing but good things to say about our stay and the hosts were great to work with and very responsive. This condo has everything you need. The owners have considered every detail to make it home away from home. Perfectly located between the beach and downtown. I’m sure we’ll be booking this again!

Our experience was truly unforgettable! Our hosts made sure that WE were oriented to the area with things to do and see and restaurants, even before we left Pennsylvania. We thing that we had a 90 minute conversation and got to know our hosts, even before WE left home! The directions and check-in instructions were spot on. The unit was spotless clean, decorated bright and cheerfully. We have had the opportunity to use VRBO many times in the USA and Abroad, and this was by far the most impressively equipped rental WE have ever encountered! Not only were there everything thing you could want, those items were exactly where you would anticipate them--and usually doubles. Even writing paper and envelopes. These good folks--thought of everything! Here is hoping to return many times for years to come!

This was our first year staying here, second year in a row on Amelia island. The reviews all speak the truth. This condo is beautifully renovated and a perfect family getaway. We had 3 children (infant, 4 yo and 9 yo) and we took full advantage of the condo pool that is literally steps away from the condo. The beach is a short walk and everything you would need for beach supplies is provided. The unit was extremely clean and the owner was extremely responsive to questions. We have stayed in over 15 VRBO properties and this would win the award for all around great experience. When we return to Amelia island, we would definitely book this condo again. The condo had everything we needed and allowed us to have the most relaxing vacation we have had in years! Highly recommend this property. The quaint downtown Fernandina is less than 5 minutes away and the beach is walking distance from the condo.

We have been coming to Fernandina Beach for several years. This is by far our favorite rental. The owners have provided amenities that made our stay so comfortable. The location near town and beach is ideal. The unit was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Pool and friendliness of the complex residents enhanced the overall experience. We’ll be back!

This condo is beautiful, very clean and comfortable and nicely updated. The location is perfect to the beach and local (delicious!) food. We spent hours on the beach-we had children so drove across the street with our gear, to very convenient parking. Beach is very clean. Pool is steps away from the front door of this unit and we had hours of fun there as well. This condo is quiet-you cannot hear any noises from neighbors or upstairs units-which is important for sleep! We also took an Amelia Island River cruise-only a couple miles away and such a fun adventure for the family. Bonnie and Mike are wonderful hosts and we are so happy to have stayed in their home. This condo has everything you need. Looking at dates for next year and can’t wait to go back!

This rental has everything, which was a tremendous help for us as we flew in from Texas and could not pack beach towels and beach equipment. The location is perfect for a family going to the beach everyday. Just a short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants. Mike and Bonnie were extremely helpful and communicative. Mike was kind enough to answer the phone at 10pm when we arrived and were trying to find the unit…not their fault, ours. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking in the Fernandina Beach area. You won’t regret it!

We had a lovely time seeing our children after not being together for three years. We have a large family spread over PR, PA, IL, FL, OK and MA. This home was the perfect place for us!

This condo is in a great location with very nice amenities. The walk to the Bea h is about 2 minutes. It’s near a skate park which our kids loved and close to a great restaurant. The master bed is very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Mike and Bonnie made sure we had all we needed for a great beach vacation.

This condo felt like a home away from home, beautifully decorated, and it smelled so nice! The kitchen was stocked with everything necessary to prepare any kind of meal your heart desires. There were plenty of bath towels so we did not have to do laundry every day. The bedrooms offered very nice, comfortable mattresses. Loved our stay and hope to stay here again very soon.

This condo is just as it is written, exceptionally clean, well equipped, and close to the beach and a playground. We did use a stroller for our 2 year old just for efficiency. Also, after a fun day of playing on the beach, it would be just a bit too much of a walk back. There is a storage room just for this unit filled with sand chairs, umbrella and a sturdy beach wagon to haul all your gear for a day at the beach. The condo has a lovely sunrise facing balcony which is completely safe for a toddler. It overlooks a grassy pond where we saw many birds. The beds were comfortable and all the decor was tastefully beach themed.The owner was responsive whenever we had a question. A note to northerners, the beautiful pool is not heated and in March it was quite cold but we did know this in advance. A few 9-11 year olds braved it, but then got in the hot tub to warm up.The location is perfect. Walking distance to a few restaurants, a playground and cycling distance to town.It is around the corner from the beautiful state park, Fort Clinch. A ten minute car ride gets you to another beach where sharks teeth can be found and the dripping Spanish Moss is lovely.Parking was a breeze for loading and unloading and the condo complex has shopping carts to help you unload. Unit is in an ideal location at the center of the complex for proximity to the elevator and pool. Perfect little beach getaway. We hope to be back!

We had such a nice trip to Amelia Island! The condo was in the perfect location and had everything you could want! We loved that it was just a short walk to the beach and were glad that the owners provided beach chairs, towels and a cart to take everything to the beach! The proximity to the pool was great too. It is very close to town and Fort Clinch, which was great. The condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious and relaxing. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with. Their instructions were detailed and easy to follow. They were accommodating and very communicative. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo for our yearly family trip. This condo was so pretty and provided everything and more. Very clean , quiet and near downtown. Easy beach access. We will be back.

The pictures were accurate, the owner was very communicative with check in process and making sure everything was to our satisfaction, and the location was perfect! We were able to have the relaxing vacation our whole family needed. The location to the pool is excellent, parking was easy, and walking to the beach was quick. There were starter condiments, paper products, etc and it made it easy to enjoy our stay from the start. Would definitely bring our family back to Amelia Island and to this rental!

My husband and I and our grandkids had the best time. The current was a little ruff due to the storm coming in but it was sunny and pretty the entire time. The condo is so nice and the nicest condo we have ever stayed in, very clean and nicely decorated.
