Fantastic location and townhouse with lots of comfortable spaces for all 5 of us! It is a short and pleasant walk by the river to the old mill shopping area. Home was well stocked with coffee, soaps, shampoos, etc. Would definitely stay again.
There are a lot of wildfires in Oregon in August - so beware of a chance of poor air quality in Bend. Consider purchasing travel insurance since the property manager will not consider modifications to the reservation.

This is a luxury rental in a great location. We liked that it was uncluttered, but had everything we needed. We did cook a lot and had all necessary utensils, pots and pans. It was a short walk along the Deschutes River Trail to the shopping and restaurants at the Old Mill District and a nice hike into the forest in the other direction. The garage was even heated, which was nice when the temperatures dropped into the low teens. We would definitely rent this place again.

Hard to imagine an overall better VRBO option for a stay in Bend — combining location (A+), higher-end and roomy space and competitive pricing. This was my third time in Bend; my sister has lived there for 15 years (don’t judge me, it’s really far and she comes home a lot). She was as impressed as I was. We will definitely be checking in with this place first next time we visit. Walkable to a lot of key spots, steps from the river trail, and 7 minute drive or less from everything else. Easy in and out, great communication from property manager. Plenty of amenities in the house. Just overall great experience.

Our family of 6 loved staying here for 4 nights! We were so close to everything and had ample parking. The house came with everything we needed, and we loved having a fully stocked kitchen. We were able to easily walk to the amphitheater to see a show, restaurants, and shopping at Old Mill. We would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

This home was everything we hoped for during our 4 night stay in Bend. Our family of 4 loved the spaces and amenities. We loved the proximity we had to all that Bend has to offer. We were able to easily walk to Old Mill shops and restaurants while quickly driving to downtown. We had a couple days of non-ideal weather, but this rental was perfect for our family to spend the time indoors and let us recharge. Short walk to concerts and we even spent an evening listening to a show from the deck after the kids went to bed. We’ll be back to Bend and will look to stay here when we return.

This place is great! Very clean and ample space for my parents, husband and infant. We walked along the River each day. Enjoyed the shops and restaurants close by. It was fun to hear the concerts at night too! We walked the River one night to hear more. The beds were really comfortable and great soft sheets and towels.

We were looking for a place near my Aunt’s house on the Dechutes River. This was steps from the river and less than a miles walk along the river to her house. We had the best time! The condo was beautiful, clean and perfect for what we needed. I would definitely book this place again!

Fun by the river!
The location was great! We could walk easily to the Old Mill for shopping and dining. We could walk down the path and start our river float to Drake Park/Mirror Pond and it all went beautifully! Thank you!

Kitchen short comings
No cutting board. Coffee pots did not work. French press missing plunger lid. Pod coffee machine would not function - stated it needed “descaling”. Small non stick pan scratched beyond belief…NOT safe to use. For rental price these should not happen. Master bedroom bath floor not clean…rubbed floor with white cloth, came up brown.

Deschutes dream
Gave us a great sense of what it's like living in the heart of Bend. The unit was nice sized and seemed bigger in person than the photos. Well supplied with kitchen gadgets and spices and quality appliances. Master bed was very comfy. Only turn-off, but not major, was the worn carpet and early 2000s technology, but that comes with territory. Overall experience was great !

Super clean, and central location
Very beautiful and clean place! I never feel comfortable to stay in barefoot at rental property and always bring flip flops to wear. However this house is very clean and made me comfortable to stay on barefoot the whole time. I even lay down on the master bedroom floor to do some stretching! My family was in shock to see that. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We loved Bend and would live to com back. When we come back to Bend, we would definitely stay here again!
