This condo was a perfect location. With the public beaches on either side, and only 16 units total, there was hardly anyone on the beach. At times it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. Fiona was great at responding when we had questions. We will definitely be back!

We’ve been to this development several times and love it! This unit was great! Had everything we needed for the week. Very clean, and a terrific host! Can’t wait to come back!

This place is a gem.

This was our second time staying in the condo and it was great again! The location is the best on the Seven Mile beach – away from crowds, but close enough to everything. Condo is very comfortable, very well stocked. Fiona and Mike are amazing hosts. Wifi router stopped working the day before Christmas and Mike went above and beyond to make sure we are not left without internet for the holidays. This time we rented a peddle board and kids had endless fun with it! Can’t wait to go back!

This was our second stay at the property and it was absolutely perfect. The owner's communication is extremely timely and helpful, while the condo on the beach is absolute paradise. We visited as a family, with a young child and grandparents, for the second time, and I'm sure we will be back again.

If you love peace and quiet in a spectacular location, this is it. We felt like we had paradise practically to ourselves. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our time at this rental. The beach was beautiful with plenty of space. The rental itself was clean and plenty big for the 5 adults. The kitchen had all necessities. The only down side was that the beds were very hard. We didn't notice the air mattress in the closet until the last day. It was not specified in the listing that we saw. Each bed needed cushioning. Perhaps offering a Memory Foam topper for the beds would accommodate more renters. A good night's sleep is important to fully enjoy one's vacation, but aside from that, we had a great time!

We loved the beach! Ample shade or sun if you want it and beautiful crystal clear water. We loved the proximity to Macabuca (for food, sunsets, and scuba diving), a 10 min walk to Coccoloba at the Kimton for Tacos and Tequila on Tuesday, and a very short drive to Bacaro at the yacht club for a splurge dinner that was unforgettable! Grocery store was also close by. We were there with our adult children and we all loved our stay. The only thing I would change would be needing to go out to the parking lot and thru a locked gate to get to the beach but the space, location, and beach made this by far our favorite place we’ve stayed in Cayman.

By far one of the nicest vacationing locations. The private beach was a dream. The house was clean and had everything anyone could ask for. It was clear the owners really care about your experience. Will definitely return.

7 mile West bay is in our opinion the best part of the beach. No crowds just a few other friendly guest staying at the 16 unit condo. Seriously like having the best beach all to yourselves. We always rent a car but a couple of the guest used other services for transportation with no issues. Grocery store less than 5 minutes away to the west and the main 7 mile strip same distance to the east. My family loves Cayman and would have no issues staying back at White Sands

White Sands is a beautiful intimate condo in the quieter part of seven mile beach. Fiona is a great host and responds immediately to any question I had. Look forward to staying there again!

We had a great time and were very happy at the property. It was unfortunate the main bedroom fan did not work but the owners did provide a portable fan. The only suggestion we would make is thicker curtains in the downstairs bedroom. We were woken at first light by sunshine streaming in.

This was the perfect spot for our family!

Had a fabulous time at this well appointed apartment right on the beach. Plenty of beach towels, everything I needed in the kitchen. And the beach was the best. The trees provided much needed shade, though chairs could be moved to the sun as desired. Water was calm and clear, good for swimming as well as just floating in sun. Ended every day watching the sunset from the beach. A perfect mini break. Hope to come back again!

Property was very acceptable and comfortable for 6 people. Location on the beach was fabulous. Beautiful waterfront very close to the building and very quiet. Minimally inconvenient having to exit 2nd floor condo from the street side and walk around the building to get to the beach.

White sands could not have been better for our family. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds. I’d love to book again!

Apartment was perfect, clean, well equipped and balcony was the ideal location for relaxing breakfasts. Beach was great for kids and conveniently located within a 10min walk to The Kimpton for dinner / sundowner options! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at White Sands. The condo was fantastic. It was very clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed and more. They had plenty of beach towels, beach toys and floaties. Best of all though was the location and the view. We would love to visit grand cayman again, and hope to be able to stay here.

You can’t get a better location then this. Fiona is absolutely wonderful. The unit is updated and clean. We loved the amount of towels and linens provided as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. The beach is just incredible, water is perfect. You get 4 designated loungers and the beach is very quiet maybe only 20 people at the most. As others stated, you need a key to get to the beach which we never had an issue with. We actually liked that the fence helped keep the kids in the area and we didn’t have to keep as strong of an eye on them running towards the street. The trees provide perfect shade especially for the kiddos and then you can sun bathe when wanted. We had a pontoon boat pick us up right on the beach which was amazing, rented a boat to go to stingray city which left from a marina only 5 minutes away, and also went scuba diving which the dive operator picked us up and then 5-10 mins to west bay dock. Restaurants are easy to get to as well as grocery stores. The kids swam every morning then back out in the afternoon. They were in heaven. We already booked for next year and can’t wait.

We enjoyed a fantastic family vacation at Grand Cayman in this perfect location. The private beach front is phenomenal as well as the limited number of units in the complex making it all that more private. We rented a car for the stay which we highly recommend as well. We had a great stay at the White Sands. It is in a fantastic location. They had the place very well stocked with paper towels, toiletries, etc. We would definitely like to come back and stay again.

I had meetings at both Westin and Ritz so this was perfect. Got to walk to meetings along the beach.

Everything was perfect, such a great experience!! Would highly recommend!!

This is our 3rd time to Cayman and has to be the best trip ever. We have stayed in Rum Point and also the Ritz Carlton..but this was such a nicer experience. We literally had the best part of Seven Mile Beach to ourselves. The condo was perfect, it was built in the 1980’s but very well kept and updated. Appliances were all new and top notch, we did have a problem with the fridge, which just happened to be the programming, but Fiona was on top of it. My husbands insulin had to be kept cool and she had the repair company out in 30 min! Very impressive. Loved it here!

1 week here was not enough!!! The condo location was perfect!!!! Almost like having a private beach!!! We have been to Cayman a few times and this condo really made this the best trip so far!! We had a couple minor things that the owner was quick to address. I was here with my family of 6 and everyone had a great time and hated to leave. We already wish we were back!!!!

We stayed here for 10 days in June 2022. We love it here! The view is amazing, with crystal clear light blue water only a stone's throw away. Its so relaxing. There is no pool here, but the beach is the reason we come. There are 2 noodle floats there, tons of towels, and a cooler. They also had a beach umbrella The, which was nice. There are lots of shade trees on the property so if you feel like you are getting too much sun, you can move to the shade. There are two hammocks, in the shade, where you can enjoy reading a good book, or just take a little nap. It is a 3 bedroom condo, with 2 twin beds in one of them. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the grocery store (Fosters) is about 1 mile away. There are great snorkeling spots all over the island.

Perfect condo on the beautiful 7 mile beach!

The place was clean with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Granite countertops, tile floors, comfortable beds, nice appliances. The only thing unclear from the description is it is on the second and third floors. That means two stories but no beach walkout. Beach was perfect with shade trees, flat water, and white sand. We will definitely stay here again.

White Sands #15 was exactly what we wanted from this vacation! The unit was very comfortable for our family of four. The beach out front was very nice. Plenty of shade on the beach. Fiona supplied hand soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, tp, paper towels, plenty of bath and beach towels, and some beach toys. It was a slight inconvenience that we needed a key to get in and out of the beach, and the roosters on the beach in the morning woke me up daily. Also, we declined having the unit sprayed for bugs while we were there because of the kids...which we ended up regretting and the mosquitos found us the last couple of days. Overall, we were very happy with this unit and would like to come back one day!
