This property has lots of potential. It really needs a major renovation. Carpet is old , tired, stains, bathroom needs an update. Kitchen is ok, but again, so much potential. The location is awesome! The space of the condo also great, would love to return once it gets renovated. I ended up cleaning it myself upon arrival. Happy that there was some cleaning agents. The pool and hot tub was super nice. The kitchen had everything, but perhaps more than you want to see. Lots of misc. fast food condiments, junk., a few items left from last guests. Cupboards are full and stuffed with stuff, so no where to hang clothing. One nice big dresser though. Skiing was amazing!

We had a great stay here! Very quiet and walking distance to a lot of restaurants in the village. In the summer, this is a great place to stay to walk to the Snowmass summer concert series. The internet did not work, which wasn’t a big deal because we didn’t need it, but would make it hard if you were working remotely. We enjoyed the hot-tub, but I will say the pool and hot-tub were not very clean or well maintained. There was a used tampon next to the hot tub, and the pool had visible dirt on the pool floor. The unit itself was clean, it is on the first floor and is about 100 feet from an event tent which could be a noise problem if there was a wedding or large event going on. Wasn’t an issue for us, but could be a potential concern. There is not a deck or anywhere to sit outside besides the pool area. Overall, it was a nice stay! The owner was very responsive and called me before our stay to ask if we needed anything before our visit!

The property is fine good space kitchen is my favorite. Little issues like the shower,very old leather couch and internet no working but overall 👍👍👍 Snowmass, definitely i am coming back.

My family of four recently stayed in this condo. It was me, my husband, and our two small children. It is a great set up for a family of four even though it’s a studio. It has a door separating the main room from the built-in bunkbeds. Which allowed us to put the kids to bed, and then watch a movie with the fire going at night. It is also walking distance to shops, a couple of restaurants and a free bus that runs about every 30 minutes between Snowmass and Aspen. Great location! We will definitely be back, highly recommend.

The unit was clean and in a perfect location. There was plenty of space for my wife and I, our two kids, and our ski gear. I appreciated that the owner reached out to me prior to our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The parking permit instructions were clear and easy to follow. The snow conditions were perfect which always makes for a better trip! The hot tubs were a nice way to end each day. We will be booking again for our annual Snowmass trip in 2024!

My family and I visit Snowmass regularly (we live within driving distance) and I've never left a bad recommendation. We have no issue with properties that are a bit dated (we appreciate the charm) but this unit was DIRTY. To list a few initial observations... the carpet has large stains on it as do the bar chairs in the kitchen area, the comforter on the primary bed has blood stains (we have pics), the pots/pans had crusted food on them and needed to be rewashed, the fireplace doesn't work. There were also some obvious issues with how the unit was cleaned prior to our stay... there were food crumbs beneath the kitchen stools and the bathroom had multiple issues - the sink didn't drain (and backed up immediately upon use), there was no soap, and there was less than half a roll of toilet paper upon our arrival. The sink and the tub also didn't appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. We called the property manager on the first night to address some of the easy issues (primarily, the toilet paper and the bathroom sink). Our requests were ignored for the entirety of our trip despite multiple voicemails and a conversation with the property manager (Evolve) on the first night. Many of our issues seem to stem with the property manager, Evolve, given their complete lack of assistance. We are totally aware of (and used to) the staffing issues mountain towns are having, and we are patient with and sympathetic to those issues. That said, this experience was just awful, our worst in 7+ years of visiting Snowmass.

Well worn, but nice studio. Very close to Snowmass Village & the slopes. Parking instructions were NOT helpful. You need to find the Snowmass parking office (M-F 8-5, S-S 8-1) and bring your vehicle registration. Local contact NEVER returned my emails:-(

We very much enjoyed our stay! Location was perfection - space was perfect! Very well stocked with exception of a hair dryer and coffee!!! (Sort of essentials) I had to go to another hotel to get a hairdryer! Overall we loved the unit it was great!!!

The person for this property never returned my phone calls. We had a few issues. There were already stains on the carpet and the price for parking permit was more than told.

The location is great. The beds are comfortable and the layout works. Overall we really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately upon arrival, we were surprised to not find paper products such as paper towels in the kitchen and toilet paper. The dishes in the dishwasher were not washed and there was a hairbrush left in the bathroom with hair on it. If you want to prepare meals, the kitchen does not provide everything needed. Only a small frying pan and very dull cutting knives. It does have nice dishes, glasses and cups. The sofa and TV area is cozy.

Close to the slopes with great access to hot tubs a pool and sauna room. Close to great restaurants in Snowmass mall

This cozy condo is located within a short walk to the slopes and a quick walk to the village. The place was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this studio for a getaway for a couple or family with a couple of children.

One of the best experience I’ve had. Everything was seamless. Just like they said in the email prior to showing up. Will definitely do it again.

This property was perfect for my family’s recent trip. My husband, toddler, infant, and I stayed here and were very pleased with our stay. Snowmass is beautiful in the summer and this location was a great home base for exploring the Maroon Bells area in Aspen. We also enjoyed all of the local hiking trails and the proximity to the shopping mall. The hot tub and pool are just steps away from the property and are very nice. After visiting in the summer, we would love to try to return some time in the winter, as skiing is literally steps away from the property. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. The location was very close to the ski hill. Nice kitchen with plenty of supplies. The pool and hot tub were great. It was perfect for the three of us.

We love our stay at this condo. It's perfect for a family of four. The location is just amazing, a few steps to the base village and an even shorter trip to the slopes, less then a minute and your clicking in and gliding down the the Village express lift. Snowmass itself is just unreal....everything you could ask for in a ski mountain.We really hope to be back one day.

Location is superb, a minute away from the slopes. The apartment is well furnished and fully stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Leah Hart is very helpful and responds pretty quickly. The apartment is a bit dark, but the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. Would rent it again without a doubt.

Good location and overall unit. It has an efficient layout for a family of 4, with two bunks in entry/mud room area with a door to the main room. The floors are very thin and not sound insulated, so as a lower level unit, the family above us simply walking around was like being in a home basement below a kitchen. Not ideal at 5 in the morning unfortunately. The sofas and beds are comfortable and the overall unit is clean and well kept. The location is very nice for skiing in/out. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs near the unit. Parking is not onsite so you will have to walk a couple blocks or more depending on the crowds (also $10/day through Snowmass parking office).

Just finished a week long stay at this wonderful condo. Fantastic location. 2 minute walk to the slopes, 3 minute walk to the slopes and 1 minute to the Snowmass Village Mall. Condo was very cozy and we enjoyed the gas fireplace on several cold evenings. Definitely would recommend and are considering staying here again next year.

This is a great place with a perfect location for hiking that is close to Maroon Bells and Aspen. The unit is perfect for a couple or a family with small children. The farm to table dinner and music at Snowmass mountain also was great.. Highly recommend!

This is a great unit for 2 adults or a family with 1 or 2 younger kids. The location is great and the area is spectacular for hiking or skiing. We loved it and everything went smoothly. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely condo, perfect for our family of four ( two adults, two teens). Location was fantastic, just a quick walk down a couple of stairways to shops and restaurants. Kids used the pool one evening. The laundry facility came in handy to wash clothes before the next leg of our vacation. Temps outside were hot so with no a/c it could get warm inside. The box fan was helpful in cooling things down. Could have used another box fan so we'd have one in the bunk room and one in the main room. All in all a great stay!

The property in question was adequate for our needs. It was also clean. Parking was available but at least a block away which was not convenient. Sound can readily be heard through the ceiling from the unit above. There was a large party going on there two nights in a row lasting until past 3 AM both nights. As a result my wife and I got no sleep at all. If this is what we can expect, we would not stay there again.
