Located in a great location! We had no issues at all! Everything was clean and ready for us! We would definitely go back and rent this condo.

We had a lovely time, almost everything was exactly as shown. Extremely convenient for trips to Camana Bay which we enjoyed. It was the first unit closest to the road with very limited view of the ocean. The beach was quiet which we all really liked and chairs were always available

Condo was nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Shops, grocery, and restaurants are all within walking distance. My family enjoyed it.

Spoke with hosts on many occasions to get information needed. Prior to arriving I messaged back and forth with the hosts to get additional information such as checking in, rental car information (although we never got one b/c this location is near everything we needed), airport taxi information and so much more. Hosts responded prompt and I felt very satisfied with the home prior to arriving. When arrived we noticed the unit is very clean and secure. 24 hour security was surveying the entire building. The master bathroom upstairs is in the middle of all 3 bedrooms which gives quick access to everyone and the bathroom with the laundry room downstairs is steps from the door. Both patios are a nice size and early mornings you can see the partial view of the ocean from the upstair patio. Both patios are screened in, so no bugs!!! This location was EVERYTHING!!! Steps down the beach from Coral Beach Club which is a local tourist spot (when people take a cruise to the Grand Cayman they have the option to go there). It has Food, a bar on the beach, volleyball, and water sports rentals available daily. A short distance to Camana Bay. Camana Bay is just a bridge away! This house was equipped with EVERYTHING we needed! Truly a home away from home! The only missing that i desired was a hot tub for the cool nights, but not necessary. We found this property to be a perfect fit from the accommodations to the amenities and location. This area is dealing with beach erosion. The time that we were there there was no beach directly in front of the complex; however, we had a beautiful natural pool to step directly into! Easy walk to Camana Bay! Nice pool area! Accommodations provided everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was a nice size and had plenty of space for our family of 5. Lots of towels and toys for the beach. Unfortunately, their part of the beach had eroded, so there was no beach. However, we could go next door to access it. Nothing can be done about mother nature but I think we should have been made aware because the pictures of the complex show a beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and made cooking easy. The only thing we had an issue with was one of the bedrooms did not cool like the others and made sleeping unpleasant for those in that room. The manager was very responsive and maintenance was sent to try to fix the issue. We thought it was better, but the next night we had the same issue when we turned the A/C up during the day. That room just takes a long time to cool down. Our only resolution was to keep the condo cool through the day so it was not hot in the bedroom at night. Other than that we had a great time. The grounds are nice, it's close to shops and dining you can walk to, and the perfect place to watch the sunset!

The unit was beautifully finished and super comfortable. With two levels, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this was the perfect layout for our family. The property is also great, with a very nice pool and a great lawn overlooking the Carribean. Also - the property is very close to lots of restaurants and a nice walk or short drive to Camana Bay for upscale shopping, theater and gelato! The only real drawback is a lack of real "beach" at the property, as it has eroded over the years. But you can still enjoy beaches next door and of course public beaches very close by. A great choice for a vacation condo experience!

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach! We loved our stay here. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely return here when back in Cayman.

We had a great week stay at this nice condo. It had a fully stocked kitchen and great location with parking on Seven Mile Beach and within walking distance to Camana Bay! We could also walk to shopping and some restaurants.

This was our first time to Grand Cayman and we LOVED it! We had read all the reviews on this property and knew it was a good fit! It was very clean and the perfect spot! We will definitely be back! Thanks for the recommendation for Calypso Grill it was amazing also!

First time to Grand Cayman Island. I assumed I would have to clean the condo once we got there, but realized after wiping out the tub, it was so clean already. I checked other crucial areas and all was good. The floors were clean….I didn’t have to clean this condo. Whoop whoop! It was great! Great location too. Nice pool and loved the entire stay!

We have vacationed on 7 mile beach several times and have stayed at Cayman Reef once before. I do prefer to stay in a condo that has a beachfront view. However, I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The place is beautifully, decorated and immaculate with all the amenities you can think of. We stayed with our adult children and their significant others and we had an incredible time. The property managers were very responsive in answering any questions I had. If we return to Cayman and we need a three bedroom, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Cayman reef is centrally located and Peppers and coconut Joe’s are our favorites and right there. Fosters the supermarket in Caymans Bay is also a short walk. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect, close to all the local places and close to be beach. It was clean, had all we needed for our stay including beach needs. Short walk to the beach. The host responded promptly. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a week at this beautiful condo with our kids 15, 14, and 12. The property has everything you need, except for a pizza cutter. 🤣 The condo was lovely and the location was in walking distance to many things, including Camana Bay. There is a liquor store across the street, as well as a few cute places to shop. It was easy to catch the public bus or a taxi right out front of the condo. We didn’t rent a car and used the public transportation with ease. We would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED this condo and location. The host was very responsive and the condo and property very clean and comfortable. Condo is located right on the beach and a short, easy walk to Camana Bay. The only thing to note is that you can't walk far on the beach without having to go through water due to erosion. We didn't mind the adventure of that and it kept our beach quieter. Highly recommend! Would stay again!

To summarize before I start, our stay was fabulous and I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home. They property is right on the beach and the unit is just steps away from a gorgeous beach with warm turquoise water and amazing sunsets. The home is immaculate, beautifully furnished and has everything and anything you could possibly want or need, including kitchen, TV in practicly every room, cable, internet, two lovely decks on upper and lower levels, a closet full of beach towels, beach toys for kids, etc. A big thank you for the extremely thoughtful case of water waiting for us when we arrived! We never had a problem getting a chair on the beach. The property manager and staff are very helpful and responsive should you need them. We did rent a car, for which you have a designated space, but if you choose not to, there are many fantastic restaurants across the street within a short walking distance. Loved our time on Grand Cayman and this property.

We loved this townhouse. It had all the amenities we needed! Super clean, well taken care of and tastefully decorated.

This was a great place for a girls trip and was exactly as listed. Short walk to the beach and plenty of chairs and towels so we always felt prepared and didn’t have to lug anything around. The condo is clean and roomy and comfortably slept 4 of us. The location is perfect with a lot of things walkable and nearby. If i ever come back to the Caymans i would stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful stay - great location, we rented a car for a couple of days, but not really necessary as there was so much within walking distance or a sort cab ride. Condo was very comfortable….

We were extremely happy with everything about this property! I would say it is the cleanest property I have stayed in. Everything is in great shape and working order including the appliances and air conditioning. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location is steps from the beach and very clean pool. Grocery stores and restaurants are close. There are also many nice thoughtful touches such as water and seltzer on arrival. The host always replied right away. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice and clean.

From the moment we walked in, it was a beautiful stay!!!! We had two couples enjoying one week on this beautiful island. Location was perfect perfect perfect, perfect as you could walk to a lot of restaurants and such. Super clean, clean clean and modern. All the necessities in the kitchen you could ask for. We had a small beach to walk and the water was clean and crystal clear. The only thing to be aware of, which didn’t cause a problem for us, was there is a flight of steps going up to condo , as it is on the second floor. As well as another spiral flight of stairs leading up to the 3 bedrooms/ one full bathroom upstairs. Our host kept all paper plastic supplies for us as well, in addition to a case of bottled water and club soda for us in fridge upon arrival. We would definitely recommend renting this beautiful condo to anyone that can do stairs! Perfect for couples , families and friends!!!! You will not regret it!!!!

Lorna and Camille were wonderful hosts, very accommodating. Location is great, walking distance to Camana Bay and up and down Seven Mile Beach. My family had a great time staying here while visiting Cayman.
