We had great fun during our recent stay in seaside heights. Todd was easy peasy to deal with and we enjoyed all the area had to offer.

It's all about location! Great 2 bedroom apartment located steps away from Breakwater Beach and Casino Pier. Very clean and great parking. Todd was awesome and available when needed. 7-11 and restaurants all within walking distance. Will stay again!!!

Great place! It was perfect for our family with two little ones. Nice and clean, new appliances. And the walk to the boardwalk was perfect! A/Cs worked great too. We were very comfortable here.

The apartment was perfect for me and my kids. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect for a family with young kids, perfect for walking to the beach and boardwalk. My only minor complaints are that no towels were in the bathroom (hand towels or bath towels), the dryer was full of stuff, there were no paper towels, and no microwave-safe plates (so the microwave was pointless without plates or paper towels to put food on). Overall the place was nice and fairly clean, and we would rent it again. Was perfect for a young family of 4.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We had a great time. It was very close to the boardwalk very close to the beach. The property was very clean when we entered… One problem we did have was the bathroom door look kept breaking and an updated coffee machine. Other then that it was wonderful

Todd’s place is so wonderful and he was quick with responding to all messages. It’s a great location so close to the boardwalk and beach it was so nice to not have to use our cars once. The only thing is the bathroom door handle is very tricky and gets stuck easily, so just watch out for that!

This was the perfect spot for a two night stay with my bestie. The space was clean, and had just enough space for the two of us. Location was also great. Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach. The host was very quick and responsive to all of our questions. I would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for myself and my 2 grandchildren ages 15 & 16. Once we arrived Iwe were able to walk to the boardwalk and a close by restaurant Hemingway’s which was excellent. The 7 eleven was convenient as well however didn’t have simple items like hand soap in stock. Place was clean and cozy. The run down hotel across the street housed some very loud young adults that were extremely noisy way after midnight. My grandkids didn’t mind because they both had a bedroom with an air conditioner! Loved having a washer and dryer!! My only suggestion is to replace the pull out couch. Not at all comfortable and very low to the floor so difficult for someone older to get up from. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was very easy to communicate with.

Location is very convenient, easy access to boardwalk. Space was perfect for our group. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to next year.

Condo was very clean and perfect size for the 2 of us. Location was nice , short walk to boardwalk. Only complaint is we could not get tvs to work. Other than that it was great!

Location is great! Can fit 6 people to sleep! Small but worth it better than hotels down the shore! No issues for 2 night stay. They may want to consider changing mattresses very soft and starting to sink in. Will stay again for next trip!

Property is exactly as pictured. A couple blocks from the boardwalk. Perfect location!

The location is great -- just a few blocks from the Boardwalk. The one shortcoming is in seating for dining. The table is a high island with an overhang, but there is only one chair to use at the island/table. One of the upholstered chairs is damaged and unsteady, so sitting there is risky; getting up from it is challenging. The only other seating is a small couch. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The apartment is compact, but workable for a few people. All in all it is a reasonable value, especially if you are planning to eat all meals on the Boardwalk.

This place was exactly as explained in the listing. The walk to the beach and board is very quick and easy. The apartment it’s self was very nice and clean.

Beautiful condo.. Clean, nicely decorated with all the essentials. The only improvement would be the bed... not too comfortable - needs to be replaced. Excellent proximity to the beach and boardwalk. We walked back/forth daily with no issues. Thank you for a great stay!

Very clean space just as pictured. Location is great if you want to be close to the beach and boardwalk and surrounding small towns. Todd was very communicative and fast in his responses and everything was a very seamless experience with checking in and out. Usually when I go away I always bring Lysol, towels, hand soap, and an extra sheet just in case and was glad to see that all of this was already provided for us. Our only concern was how hot the rooms will get if you shut the door at night to sleep, since the AC is located in the living room. We kept the doors open and tried to use a fan to blow in the cold air which helped. Thank you Todd for the great stay!

The location was perfect. It’s just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Grocery store was close by also. The size was perfect for us. The owner was a great communicator.

Perfect for a beach getaway. Close to the boardwalk and having parking was glorious. May be on the smaller side, but had everything we needed. Clean and comfy.
