The room was not clean at all, sheets were dirty, no towels, bathroom was really dirty. The beds are also very noisy and not comfortable at all.

there was no hot water, no towels. the one bed was horrible. new bedding would make a huge difference.

No hot water, we had to constantly ask for the hot water to be turned back on. I called the office and left a message at one point and never got a response. The beds were the WORST I've ever slept in and we met another group staying there and they were going to leave after one night because the beds were so bad that they didn't get sleep. I didn't get one good night's sleep there. The place is old and doesn't seem to be kept up at all. No ice machine. No wash clothes. We had to ask how to lock our door. AWFUL. I understand that it was no frills but this place needs an overhaul. Gross.

Location was the only positive about this place.

It's listed as a two bedroom and is not. Not even one private bedroom. The place was really dirty, like old carpet that is never vacuumed. We had to request sheets 3 times before getting them and making the beds ourselves. The air units in the windows didn't work right. All the shades were broken. The mini fridge wasn't even plugged in. We asked for a fork and they don't have any. The bathroom toilet was clearly leaking and made water damage on the floor into two rooms. Will prob collapse in the near future. The shower had so much mold growing in it we chose not to even shower. The guy running the place would be nice and say 5 min to whatever you asked and then never came back with that request.

Location is great! - on the boardwalk - at the beach - nearby to all attractions. Rooms were clean

Very dirty ,disgusting, the bathroom so stink, ac is so dirty and old , window so dirty and the blinds has a missing piece. Everything so so dirty

The staff was super nice. Upgraded and changed our room for a small fee because we had small children. Very accommodating when we arrived early and let us park a little while Longer after checkout so we had some More time on the beach. Perfect location especially with the kids!

I would recommend another set of steps that lead to the boardwalk for the people on the second floor

The staff great the 2 bedroom apartment was awesome clean a whole kitchen room were big I just loved it and right on board walk my twins had a great 8th birthday there.

Dirty and not worth the money I paid for. They could have at least upgraded their furniture and utensils were not even arranged. AC unit was full of dust and were on the basement which smell musty.

seemed like homeless shelter broken blinds lumpy bed hotel patrons sitting outside of room smoking able to see in our room through broken blinds at $180 bucks a night what a rip off!

Perfect location! Owners were very nice.

Grease spoon we didn’t like the breakfast at all, over priced, the room had a half eaten cookie on the floor next to the bed, the carpet was all torn up at the entrance to the room . I tripped twice. The bed was bumpy as hell wouldn’t be able to stay more than one night.
