Such a great spot will definitely be back and stay longer. We were in Maui first so this was our shorter part of the trip but we wished we would have booked this for the 8 days instead. It comes fully equipped with everything you would need for the beach! Thanks again for everything!

The VRBO unit was a great place with views of the Mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. We wish we had booked it for a longer period. Matt was very responsive and check in was fast and easy.

This condo looks exactly like the photos, it was clean when we arrived and everything was expected. However, the walls in this building are very thin, so we could hear the neighbors upstairs all night long and every morning. This may be the norm for rental properties in Kauai but it’s definitely a bummer when you get woken up by the other residents who are staying above you. For my next visit I will want to stay in a top floor condo to prevent this from happening. The people staying above us had kids and sounded like a fairly large family. Perhaps if there was another adult couple staying in the unit above, we would not have been woken up every night and each morning. If there are only two people staying above you versus a whole family it may be more quiet. But you cannot control who else is staying in the building at the same time as you, so for me, I will just reserve a top floor apartment next time. Thanks to the host for keeping and maintaining a clean, beautiful condo for guests.

The property had a beautiful view and a lot of good beach gear. The beds were extremely comfortable and the property was very clean😊

This property was just as described in the advertisement. We stayed here with our 3 children and settled in for 2 weeks. It felt like home to us! Comfortable, clean, and had everything youd need in the kitchen! The property was well kept, felt safe and was beautiful. Very impressed with this rental and would stay again for sure. Matt was excellent to communicate with as well.

Property had everything we were looking for from our group of 5. Proximity to Hanalei, golf, Tunnels beach, and Secrets beach being most notable.

Our stay was lovely. We love the Princeville and Hanalei area for the beaches, shopping and good food. The weather could have been a little nicer (quite a bit of rain this week), but not anything to stop you from having a good time. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.

We loved this condo and the area. The Mountain View’s were gorgeous and there was a lookout from the cliffs just a short walk away. Matt, the host was awesome letting us know when to avoid traffic and being available by text as soon as we had arrived on the island. The unit itself has super comfy beds and two masters which we loved. The shed closet is well stocked with beach chairs, bikes, snorkel gear, beach toys and umbrellas. Really above and beyond! I think the pictures don’t do this unit Justice. We would absolutely stay here again.

Matt was the best we’ve ever worked with. His property is amazing, spacious, and beautiful. We wish we had more time and could have enjoyed it more, but next time we’re back in Kauai, we will definitely stay here again. The property was incredible, but again, Matt the owner was that much more incredible with his accommodations for us.

This was a very comfortable and nicely designed two-bedroom condo for our family vacation. Great views of mountains and north shore. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Easy access to food store and restaurants at Princeville. Highly recommended.

This stay had incredible views from the unit and lots of beach accessories available for use. It was very clean and a great location.

This apartment was beautiful and a nice crash pad for my husband and I on our honeymoon. Stayed pretty cool despite no AC and the king size bed was luxurious and comfy! My one critique is the noise level. It's an old building with thin walls and the windows are vented open all the time. We could here the family above us quite clearly as well as anyone who walked by on the path. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! Very close to lots of things to see and do in the North.

Everything needed was inside the condo. We really appreciated being able to go into the kitchen and finding any cooking item that we needed. The pool was near and easily accessible. What we really appreciated most was the pre-arrival recommendation from the manager to shop groceries prior to driving more than an hour! Without hesitation, We would gladly rent this condo again!!

Beautiful view from dining table. Comfortable furniture and beds. Very clean and modern. Owner is very friendly and responsive. Excellent way to enjoy Kauai!

Place has a great north side location and came with tons of stuff to make the vacation easy and fun. Loved it!

our home was beautiful and clean. the owner's communication was great! we had a stomach bug going around our group and they were so amazing at getting the place ready a few hours earlier for us to check in. Amenities were great, they had beach chairs, umbrella, bikes and other items. 10/10 would recommend!

Truly a lovely property. Everything in the condo is nicely done, down to the way the washcloths are folded in the drawers! The owners were easy to reach and very helpful to us (we arrived late at night and weren't sure we'd find the place, but their directions were great). Note, Princeville is not beach-front, but there is a lovely pool on the property, and really nice views. Highly recommend!

Spotless, well-equipped with beach and ocean accessories, and convenient to both Hanalei and Kapaa (careful of the traffic though). Highly recommend.

Highly recommend if you are staying on the north end. Easiest experience I’ve had in communicating with a host. Very accommodating, we asked to drop off some extra bags early and they made it easy. Housekeeper was very nice, we ended up leaving something and they helped get it back to us. The unit was very clean, had everything we needed, and comfortably slept 6. If I come back to Princeville this will be my first choice for booking.

This place is clean and comfortable. It is in a beautiful spot, with views of mountains out the front door and views of the ocean steps away. It’s a small condo, but the space is used very well. There are nice built in cabinets in the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable, including the sofa bed where my 10 and 12 year olds slept. Our kids loved the pool and beach gear. The kitchen is very well stocked! The Host was great. Highly recommended!!

Out the other, the sea. The decor is first-rate, as is the kitchen equipment, washer & drier, showers, beds, pillows, furnishings, even the convenience of the parking. Situated near the end of the large Princeville development complex, it's quiet too. (We slept very well.)Our interactions with Matt were honest and straightforward at every turn--readily available by text, phone and e-mail.: friendly and helpful.It's a short drive to food of several types (supermarket, restaurants, etc.), and not far (in either direction) to excellent beaches. This is good value for money.

We had a great time staying at this property. The condo is really well equipped and very well furnished. They also have all the items one may need for a perfect getaway at the beach. From beach chairs, to snorkeling gear to bicycles...the owners - Matt & Sherri have gone out of their way to think of the comforts for their guests. They were also kind enough to find and ship my wife's glasses. They were very easy to communicate w/ and would highly recommend the place to my friends and family.

Matt's home was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation. It was obvious his home was recently renovated and we appreciated all the little details. His home had all the necessities (beach towels/kitchen supplies/washer/dryer), but the best part about this condo is its location. It's tucked in a quiet community with beautiful views and is a quick 10 minute drive down to Hanalei Bay (our favorite beach). Matt's easy to get ahold of and ensured our stay was problem-free. Next time we visit Kauai we will definitely be staying here again!
