Condo was very clean. Air conditioner worked great! Very convenient to stores and restaurants and beaches and pool!! Unit had curtains on sliders and plenty of towels. Would suggest getting paper towels and napkins if u stop for groceries. Loved all the places to walk in community but absolute favorite was sitting on porch and having coffee in morn and wine at night and enjoying the peace and quiet and birds and view! Will definitely be back!

We visit Ft Myers Beach every year and this is our first time staying in Bonita due to the on-going recovery from Ian. Many of our favorites are no longer but found new ones! The condo was as advertise. The property complex was gorgeous, highly secure and conveniently located. The owners were accomodating and responsive. We highly recommend!

Overall a great place. Close to beaches, and other activities like an Air Boat tour Everglade City(1hr away) Marco Island (50min). Was a perfect little spot for my wife and I to enjoy. Super clean pool and the time we came (late May) we had the pool to ourselves. Just one thing to work on was to have enough paper products TP, and paper towels.

Condo in Bonita Bay, one bedroom and one bath facing the golf course. Huge and well maintained development, pool nearby, quiet surroundings. Condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen. Off Tamiani Trail with shopping nearby. Can't beat the location for convenience. Definitely a 5 star property.

We really enjoyed the setting in the Bonita Bay development. Very good security and close to many activities, restaurants and shopping.

Property was as advertised nice condo perfect for a couple lots to do near Bonita Bay only downside we had was we had to travel to Marco Island to use the beach but that was due to Hurricane Ian but if you were happy with the pool it was right outside also tennis courts there were tons of nice places to walk to in the Bonita Bay complex also ideal for cycling around we will definitely be back

I was in town for a wedding, and this condo was perfect. Great location, and great unit. Clean, plenty of kitchen supplies and bathroom amenities. The neighborhood is perfect for morning runs and the pool was a quiet sanctuary to relax by. Would love to stay here again if in the area. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful in any questions or requests.

Great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and their own private beach access. The place was clean and the lanai was great for morning coffee for relaxing after a busy day. Also Markus was great at helping with a little problem with the gate house which, by the way, is very easy to access with the QR code. Thanks so much for the nice place to stay. We hope can come back again.

A wonderful home away from home. We loved the property and the location.

The condo is lovely with plenty space for 2 adults. It is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The community is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful landscaping. The private beach parking is convenient and offers lounge chairs and umbrellas.

We rented last October and returned again this May which alone speak for itself. Bonita Bay is beautiful and you can find all the numerous amenities on site. As for this property immaculate clean again, provides for all your needs and owners are quick, responsive and understanding with their communications. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short visit. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The tennis courts, pool and access to the beach were great amenities. I would stay here again!

We have stayed in Wild Pines many times, but this updated condo has been one of our favorites. It was immaculate with very tasteful decor. The kitchen was well equipped to meet our needs. It had a wonderful view from the living room and bedroom of the golf course, lake, and wildlife. The lanai was a perfect spot to read, relax, and watch the sunset. We enjoyed the endless walking/bike trails daily. We didn’t have any maintenance issues during our stay. We communicated easily with Markus/Joie (owners) prior to arrival. They supplied us with all necessary information for access and location of the condo. We highly recommend and hopefully will be back!

So beautiful inside condo & outside grounds. Many beautiful well landscaped trails/paths to walk on, as well as view from the lanai. Easy parking and safe area. Prompt communication from owner. Loved it!

Lovely place in gated Bonita Bay -2nd floor in low rise building with large lanai in quiet community with lots of lovely walking/biking paths etc. We were there for a short family visit--and it was unusually cold-- so we didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of the property amenities but did enjoy the simply/elegantly decorated living space, excellent mattress, good lighting (our pet peeve is inadequate reading lights - not a problem here!) and especially the nice-sized screened outdoor space with room for a dining table and comfy reading chairs. The condo is on the small size w/ only 1 bathroom inside the bedroom, and noise carries between rooms, but it works fine for a couple--and for this price in Bonita, what you mostly find are studios so this was much better than that! Owners & building management were quick to respond to fix a small plumbing problem.

Excellent hosts with an amazing property! Highly recommend.

As everyone else has said…..great condo, great location, fully equipped, great amenities and we thoroughly enjoyed it all. Stayed over new year. Took advantage of the private beach club (and shuttle bus). Enjoyed all the walking trails, parks, Promenade shops/restaurants/circle bar and of course the wonderful condo balcony with golf course view. Hope to return soon. Markus was so efficient with communication and a super easy to deal with.

Wonderful condo. Everything you need is there. Spotlessly fully clean. Bonita Bay is an exceptional place to stay. No need to list the amenities just check it out. Ten min walk to the promenade. Bonus private beach with free parking ten minutes away. Absolutely would reserve again. you need to go to see all that this condo has to offer.

Property owners were great and easy to get ahold of. The condo was in a great location, central to Naples, Ft. Myers and Sanibel. The place was clean and had all the necessary things we’d need. The community was very quite and absolutely beautiful.
