I really liked the location. The room was clean, good big bed, very stylish design.
Tap water was green. The jacuzzi was very dirty, we spent a lot of time filling it with water and then it turned out that all the pipes were clogged with dirt, hair and stuff. The next day the cleaner came to clean it, but the result did not change. The request for compensation (after all, we paid for what is written in the description and spent a lot of time on this jacuzzi) we were denied. Big problems with parking. If you want to leave the car on the territory of the residential complex, then it is better to do it in the morning or in the afternoon, as this is not possible in the evening. Bathroom mirror light not worked.

The location was great as it’s in a community and everything is walking distance. It was a lovely family environment.
The colour of the curtains… very bright and the curtains were hard to close and open, but these are small things, everything else was really lovely.

The room is located near to the city Center in a new building. Everything is new and clean.
It’s in quiet district.

Location is not so far from the center, quite place with lots of playgrounds for kids and big shopping mall. Metro is next to it
After I booked the room, some lady called me and asked to pay in cash!!! Wish was kind of surprise, because usually in hotel they use the card for reservations. After some time, she called back and said that the owner has accepted!!! (Wow) that they may change the card. What also is strange, they have asked to put deposit of 1700 uah in cash to security guy downstairs. Without deposit they do not provide keys. By the end of the trip, security guy didn’t want to return the deposit unless someone called him and said that is fine, so I should come there twice. In case if you leave early morning or late evening- u may forget about the return of the deposit.
