The hotel is situated in the city center, 300 meters from the main square - the square of Independence.
Good rooms with all necessary facilities.
.One can order the breakfast to the room, free of charge.
Unfortunately, the premises for breakfast are very small, so there's no place to sit if you come during the breakfast-rush-hour.
However, you can order the breakfast to the room, what is free of charge, hoping that the personnel won't mix up the time (and the menu), waking you up a hour earlier as you planned... (what happened recently to my colleague).

The best value for money hotel in city. If you want to be close to central attractions and move around easily this place is probably for you! Spacious, clean and quiet rooms, can't hear neighbours. Bathrobe and slippers always waiting in room. Amazing staff - polite and helpful. Feeling like at home in this hotel, always coming back, highly recommended!

Got a skin infection while staying at the hotel for using bed covers that seemed never washed.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff were friendly and gave me early check-in. They have a laundry room which was really handy. A lot of food locations within walking distance.

Very comfortable. Professional and warm service. Perfect location - just 200 m from Maidan. Apartment has everything necessary both for either family trip or for business. It was very pleasant that there is no economy on additional things as shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, bathrobes etc. Administrator shared with us umbrellas under request. We spent really good time in Senator. Thanks!
Probably one thing that there were no internal parking place. It was busy and we need to park on paid parking. But they warned us in advance.

The location by far is the best about this hotel.
The staff were nice, but I would say not experience because they should have been more flexible with the customers when they ask for anything that not very important to give as a gift at least.

Location and breakfast
They didn't clean the room and refilled the bottle of water to the room automatically. And they only gave 1 bottle eventhought there were 2 tenants in the room. They added at the end after we asked.
