amazing quality, very modern and had everything you need

The flat is in one of the older blocks that are opposite the beach, but it has been refurbished to a high standard. The decor has been selected with care and thought so that it provides a very 'clean' but interesting environment. The flat is not large and would be ideal for a couple (like us) or a family with two youngish children. The hoas provided a 'manual' in several languages that explains not only how to use the domestic appliances but also gives suggestions of restaurants, places to visit, outdoor market days and bus timetables. The flat is well equipped and included everything we needed for a 3 week winter stay. Day to day admin is provided by an agency with an office just around the corner. Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently: we just rang when we were ready and someone came quickly. We had a few small teething problems (primarily the remote for the car gate didn't work and the safe had to be unlocked) but these were dealt with efficiently. The flat is on the 2nd floor of a 3 storey block that is at right angles to the sea. So the views of the beach and sea were at a south west angle, but were quite wide. An advantage of the location is that the balcony was fairly 'private': we could look at the world passing by but the world didn't see us. Definitely the best point in the flat's location is that you can watch the sky colour pink as the the sun rises whilst sipping a morning cup of tea in bed (in the main bedroom) - see photo!

No big gripes. TV, unsurprisingly, is only in Spanish though there are links (which we didn't use) to Netflix. Only one set of bedding was provided which, for a winter visit, means it is a bit touch and go to get the sheets dry in time to re-use. (Not a problem in summer!) We never had any problem parking on-site. But as is often the case the development has fewer parking spaces than the number of flats. So there could well be a problem finding a space in the summer.

The location. The appartment was fantastic high tec. but I do not need it all that modern tec.

communication, I do not speek Spanish.

Extremely well equipped apartment with modern furnishings and a pleasant balcony with a sea view. Centrally located in Torre Del Mar with easy access to the beach. Managed by a very responsive and friendly English speaking agent. I give it top marks and would definitely rent the property again.
