Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Dusche. AufvGrund des geringen Wasserdruckes ist das Waschen der Haare und die Nutzung von Seife ein Geduldsspiel. Regenwassrrdusche okay, aber eine zusätzliche Handbrause wäre zielführend.

De locatie was prima

De foto's beloofde ons een luxe goed uitziend appartement ter plaatse bleek dit een vertekend beeld, het was zeer sober aangekleed geheel. De kookplaat functioneerde niet vanaf het eerste moment dus men moet dit geweten hebben. een 2e losse kooktoestel werkte ook niet, direct gemeld bij aankomst. na 3 dagen geïnformeerd, sorry wij waren het vergeten door te geven. na 5 dagen nogmaals geïnformeerd, sorry wij kunnen de eigenaar niet bereiken, Na 8 dagen een telefoontje wij komen hem vernieuwen extra kosten moesten verplicht iedere dag uit eten en ontbijten. De zitbank was totaal versleten alle naden van de leren kussens waren los en geschuurd de ingewanden van de bank hingen ruim aan de ander kant naar buiten en de zitting was verschoven en doorgezakt er was niet op te zitten, 2 strandstoelen aanwezig die maar gebruikt waar je na 15 min. pijn in je rug van kreeg. Alle inventaris was minimaal 4 enorme mokken waar van 2 beschadigd, 4 thee lepeltjes, een paar vorken, lepels van allerlei soorten, kortom belachelijk. Het bed voldeed aan de minimale maat niet prettig goed voor kinderen, met 1 onderlaken en 1 boven laken en dat voor 14 dagen, onder het bed dekbedden die nu niet bepaald fris roken. wij hadden voor 2 personen 2 kleine en 2 grote handdoeken ook voor 14 dagen terwijl wij wel na een week extra hadden bijgeboekt maar niet gekregen. Dus onze vakantie was zeer teleur stellend je hoopt op een prettig verblijf helaas een domper die ons ook nog op ongeziene kosten heeft gebracht.

The view was incredible, very well equipped, everything you need in the chicken. Well mentained and almost new living room, dining room. The building has a swimming pool.

The second bedroom has one double bed instead of two single, as advertised, we have 2 children.

The location and views of the sea from the property must be the best in Torre del Mar.

When we arrived at the property the main tv for the lounge was left on the floor in a corner. Apparently it was broken and they had replaced it with another. However the aerial was broken and this tv didn't work either which meant that although there were tvs in the bedrooms. there wasn't a working one in the lounge (and we had booked to be able to relax and watch Netflix). We live locally and often have trips to the coast for a few nights to unwind and catch up on admin for work, walk along the beach and relax. I had a reply as first to say the main tv had broken but when I addressed that the other one didn't work either, I didn't get another reply as the day after was a bank holiday. I wasn't impressed with that and felt we had just been left to deal with it rather than there being a solution.

The apartment was fabulous, great location and excellent view. Supermarket around the corner and pubs and restaurants nearby.

Apartment is for 4 people. There was only 4 dinner plates etc so we had to wash up after every meal and could not use the dishwasher. It would have been nice to have 2 sets of keys as it was difficult to go out on individual activities.

Beautiful views, well equipped kitchen and nice decor

Plumbing issues - the flat is on the 12th storey and the water pressure is clearly underpowered. The shower is awful and the toilet takes an absolute age to refill. Not recommended. Beds also underdressed - you just get a too sheet but no duvet and in November it’s cold in the mornings. There’s no heating.
