Thanks for an excellent two night stay during our spring break road trip! The condo was perfect for our family of five. All of the amenities were as described. Pickle ball courts and mini golf helped relieve some pent up energy from the drive! Our family enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider staying again in the future, hopefully for an even longer trip.

We were there with our daughter’s family for a baseball tournament. The condo was perfection for all of us. We loved our view overlooking Lake Hamilton. The condo was exactly as shown, tastefully decorated and so comfortable. The mattresses made for a wonderful night’s sleep. Our two young teen grandsons kept themselves busy with the putt putt golf, pool table and ping pong. We would choose this place again in a heartbeat!

Very enjoyable experience for our family! Conveniently located, beautiful views. Only thing we weren’t a fan of was the cleaning policy. I’ve never had to strip the bedding and prepare it for the cleaning staff by placing in a pillow case, along with placing used towels in another pillow case, at any other vacation rental before. It makes one question if towels or linens not prepared for cleaning by previous guests had been cleaned before our arrival and kind of gave us the ick. Just seems like an odd thing to ask of vacationing guests, didn’t feel right! I can’t imagine stripping linens to be too much to expect from the cleaning staff. Odd cleaning rules aside, we truly enjoyed our stay.

This is our 3rd time staying at South Shores, all different condos, within the last 1.5 years. We love it here. The views are fantastic. While the complex/grounds are older, it is very well maintained. This is our 1st time staying on the timeshare side. We loved having access to the additional amenities such as the game room, movie library, tennis and basketball goals. The only downside is there were no lights outside for the grill area, basketball, tennis area so grilling at 5 pm was a challenge with just our phone flashlight - what your step as well. I spoke with the security guard who was very nice and he advised they have had issues with the lights for the past few years and are not operational. Even some solar lights would have been nice and safer. In the other units there were electrical grills on the patio which we would have really loved versus the charcoal grill in the dark but would definitely not stop us from staying again - we would bring flashlights. Booking agent was always quick to respond and appreciated the early check in notification.

Very displeased upon arriving. The pictures do no justice..nothing like actually being there. This place needs lots of do overs, "if you will!" Please upgrade ASAP and show the real rental look. -Everything is old here! _ -The best part of this stay was seeing and visiting with our friends who we've not visiting with, in a couple years.

Loved this place! The property is fabulous & tranquil. The beds are wonderful. Easy drive to downtown hot springs and a nice scenic 40 min. drive to some great quartz mines. 100% would stay here again.

Loved the view of the lake from the patio! Spent every morning out there with my coffee and my Bible. Would definitely consider coming back!

Condo was great and filled with all the amenities we needed. Resort was fantastic with two great pools (one in full shade which was greatly appreciated during the 100 degree heat) plus a cabana with ping pong and outside Connect Four). Location was close to everything. And lakeview was incredible. Would definitely stay here again!

Property is as described. Convenient to most attractions in Hot Springs. Quiet area. Steep hills though, so if mobility is a problem, may want to consider as a factor. Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves!

We really enjoyed our stay! Waking up to the view of the lake and pool from the balcony, playing table tennis, pool and basketball after sightseeing during the day, and enjoying a movie a night in the comfort of the living area made for lots of memories and fun!

We had a great stay. The kids loved the tennis and pool. We enjoyed the lake view and comfortable accommodations.

Everything was perfect, the condo was tastefully decorated and very accommodating. We had awesome views of the fireworks and a short drive to all that hot springs/lake Hamilton has to offer. Highly recommend!

We loved staying here. It was so spacious and comfortable. My favorite parts were enjoying coffee from the balcony with lake view in the morning and the beds… omg… the beds are so comfortable. I slept like the dead. My extended family stayed in neighboring condos which was great because we could easily bounce around from condo to condo. We will definitely be back. We loooooved it here!

Everything about this house was amazing, the view was so pretty everything was nice, just like the pictures I was in awe.

Nice condo with a beautiful view!! There were several cabinets and a ceiling fan with cob webs as well as pots that weren't thoroughly cleaned. Lots to do on the premises! Although it wasn't as clean as we would have liked, we would book again!!

We loved staying here. The condo was exactly as pictured. Lots to do at the resort for all ages. Wonderful view of the water. It was super clean and the peppery manager was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Older building but remodeled was clean and comfortable. The hill was a little bit of a surprise. The game room and spa building was nice option.

Couldn't have asked for a better location! Condo itself was beautiful. A hidden gem that felt like it was away from everything, yet within minutes of everything you needed. Everything was as advertised .

We made great memories with Family and the condo had the best view of everything that made it extra special for all of us. This day and place will never be forgotten.
