Good access to various locations across Suffolk. Close to Sutton Hoo

location is next to white House kennels. We weren't disturbed during the night but dogs were howling early morning. property would benefit from providing a microwave

It was clean and bright.

It felt like a city Airbnb in a rural setting, rather impersonal and lacking in rural character. The bed was too soft so I slept on the sofa and I couldn’t leave any windows open because the mosquitoes kept coming in!

Private location, despite close proximity of other units. Clean modern, basic. fine for short stop over.

Well, it was basic. What can you say... it didn't present the ammenities you might expect for a longer stay (dish washer, washing / dryer rack / wardrobes / long mirror / dresser etc)

Easy to find and easy to park - good quality fittings such as hardwood floors. Large field/lawn area to the rear of the property which was great for the dog.

The kennels in the neighbouring business were rather noisy with dogs barking, but not noticeable overnight. Would have been nice to have some basics, like a few teabags/coffee/milk etc.

I have stayed at this site before but not in Maple. Maple was much more suitable to our needs. My son being a wheelchair user the bathroom was generally accessible.
