Amazing view to city of Thessaloniki, great for families or for 2 couples.

We loved the sunny apartment with windows on three sides of the combined open layout living room, dining room, kitchen with a beautiful view from our top floor of the castle and old town above and the city and the ocean below. The kitchen had everything you need to cook up a storm. The beds were firm and it was great to have two full baths—a perfect arrangement for two couples. We had use of a covered parking space—a great convenience which avoided our circling for parking after a night out. The quiet residential neighborhood had a large grocery store, excellent local bakery (try the Bogatsa, a local pastry) and pharmacy within walking distance. We also easily walked to the center of town (Aristotelous Square) and the waterfront promenade. The hosts were available by phone to answer questions and were very helpful. We are already planning our next trip to Thessaloniki and hope to be staying here.

Very friendly host! The apartment's view is super. On the 4th floor, easily reachable by a small elevator. It has 2 small bedrooms each with a bathroom and airco. It has a bbq and a washing machine. Also a piano, which our kids used to practice, ok piano, playable but needs tuning. So apartment has allyou need. 15 minute walk down to the center, way back last 250m is a pretty steep upwards walk. Coffee bar and small bakery is 200m upwards, which I reccommend. I would avoid going through the park behind Rotonda, it has some not so nice looking dudes there. All in all a very nice place to discover Thessaloniki!

Excellent location - quiet neighbourhood, easy and quick access to town as well as to the motorway, and you get all what your need from local shops and amenities within less than 10 minutes walk. There are also bus stops nearby though we didn't use them as we hired a car. Parking is safe and convenient. The flat feels quite spacious, and all facilities are in good conditions. Communication with the landlord was smooth, clear, and very efficient from the early stage of booking and throughout the moving in/out. and even after! We have left a valuable item behind, called Apostolos from the airport and he was very kind to arrange for it to be posted with DHL the following day. The only 'problem' we had was lack of cloth hangers, which I am sure Apostolos would have been happy to supply if we had asked! He didn't hesitate at all when we asked for a second set of towels :-) In short, we would love to visit again!

The pent house exceeded our expectations. A friendly charming city. And, by the way, the Greeks are a wonderful people.

This apartment is luxury personified. Amazing views, very clean with all modern amenities. Apostolos is easy to reach and can respond soonest if there is a problem, parking spot was the key for us as well as the elevator for all your tourist buys. Thanks for a relaxing great time in Thessaloniki, we will be back again.

Ιντερνετ ταχύτατο για επαγγελματιες. Εξαιρετική μόνωση.ηλιολουστο.ευκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης για κάποιον που θέλει να περπατησει, διαφορετικά η διαδρομή με το ταξί κοστίζει 3,50€. Το εκθεσιακό κέντρο απέχει 970 μετρα. Είναι ίσως καλύτερο από τις φωρογραφιες Θα ξανά πάμε σιγουρα.Σας ευχαριστούμε για την πολύ καλή φιλοξενια

We so enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was modern and CLEAN and within walking distance of White Tower and the boardwalk and also the Rotunda to see amazing sunsets. The view from this top floor apartment was truly spectacular and we liked how it backed up to an open green area. The owners’ family all live in this 4-unit building. Mom came up with an extra blanket for us and she was lovely. Other than that we never saw or heard them. The building is upscale with a marble staircase. It is a real gem and we would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Thessaloniki. :)
