Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gräumig. Frühstück und Resaurant sind sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die City ist mit einem Bus (Haltestelle vor der Anlage) gut zu erreichen.
Mülltrennsystem für den Gast nicht offensichlich.

I stayed with my two grown up children and appreciated that a room for three people was available and that the price was good value The room despite 3 people was spacious. The gym was state of the art and exceeded many that we have used in four star hotels. The staff are very helpful and friendly in all areas of the hotel. We will definitely be back

Dinner in the bar was good. Not rushed and waiting staff were friendly.
Reception staff not very friendly. Corridors very cold. Breakfast was poor, not much choice.

Refused to let us check in without a credit card, which you are only advised of in the T's & C's of the confirmation email after they have charged your debit card in full. We offered to pay the security deposit via Cash/ Debit Card but they refused to accept same. Also refused to let another member of our party use his credit card as the booking was not in his name.
Pat in reception was extremely rude and unhelpful and made no apologies for the inconvenience and basically told us to leave the hotel.
Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone

It wasn’t made clear to us that breakfast wasn’t included. I know it’s something we should have checked ourselves but had it been mentioned on checkin we would have sorted it then rather than at breakfast.

Beds was so comfortable and staff very helpful ,very clean and tidy place I simply loved everything about the place and I will definitely go back

We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Kilmurry Lodge. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly whenever we had questions. Because of the convenience, we took advantage of the restaurant, and were very pleased with the quality of the food and the excellent service. We were traveling without a car visiting the University of Limerick, and found the location very convenient for public transportation and taxis as needed. The Lodge is also easy walking distance to and from the campus. I will certainly choose the Kilmurry Lodge when I am in Limerick again.
No complaints or dislikes at all.
