The breakfast is delicious. My teenager appreciates chocolate cereals.

I liked the cleanliness and the silence.
towels could have been softer I don't know maybe it's the water quality but when you touch the towel it was like cardboard. Also there was no flynet on the windows. Our room was invaded by the mosquitos when we woke up ,we were covered by fly bites.
Quality of the food served for breakfast, could have been improved.

Family owned business. everyone was super nice, very accommodating, and outstanding customer service. New bathroom remodel and new flooring was nice touch.
My kids didn't like the blankets. Having proper fitted sheets on the bed with comforter on top would be better.

The property was very cute and had everything we needed! The location was fantastic too because it was on the quieter side of Selcuk, yet we could walk everywhere.

Well located for reaching Ephesus and the bus station. Nice room.
Place is very different during low season from previous reviews. The pool building is not in use and we were given a room in the (main?) building which looks old and not well kept. We had a rather poor breakfast in an outside seating area, in the chilling November weather. Staff spoke practically no English which caused some challenges.

When we arrived the pool was not really clean although the staff cleaned it within a few hours. Breakfast was a bit late

The overall setting was awesome: our upgraded room overlooked the pool, with a backdrop of lush and verdant hills. The shared terrace overlooking the pool was a bonus.
We had booked the meal plan (giving us dinner). The dinners were excellent, and served to our terrace.
The buffet breakfast gets a low score (no butter, no juices, hot dishes barely warm, dirty tables, lazy staff who socialized while allowing dishes and cutlery to run out, leaving tables dirty, not wiped down.
We had expected dinner to be buffet-style, including other guests. We were the only guests who had opted for dinner. In retrospect we should have chosen dinners from the multitude of local restaurants (would have been much cheaper).

The owner (while the check-out) was so nice and carry to the bus station at selçuk.
The man on the reception during check-in was so serious and he didn't explaim US anything about timetables or anything.
Also, the chance between euro-lira was so bad paying un liras
