Great location, private beach, pool area directly looking out to sea, beautiful view. Great aircon. Lovely cleaning staff.

Made to pay extra for a triple room despite my booking confirmation stating I had already booked & paid for a triple room. Because of this I had to stay in a tiny, damp, smelly room on the first night & change in the afternoon when a triple became available (despite being booked for 4 months prior to arrival!) Despite being all inclusive it wasn’t possible to eat at the restaurant because all of the food was covered in flies (not one or two…. I mean COVERED!) No sunbeds around pool only tables & chairs. No daytime activities as stated. Shower was always lukewarm or cold.

The location was amazing stunning views right on the beach . There were bars and restaurants and shops a short walk away and local small buses so cheap to altinkum center.

The only thing is you have to bring your own beach towels as they don't supply so can be a bit of a weight to carry flight.

The ladies at the reception (Esma and Sinem) and the gentleman (Ibrahim) were really kind even if we were tampered at some point.In general, people working at the hotel were really nice and cute and the location of the hotel was nice. One of the nicest things is all inclusive food. We had really good food everyday :)

The seaview room for 3 people if actually a partial sea view room on the side of the hotel. So if you book this room, you will not have the full view. We were expecting to have the full but unfortunately it was not. Once we informed, they said 'full views are only for 2 ppl, mainly for honeymooners. As they are small, they cannot move us there'. So beware of this hint if you really want a sea view in front of you once you wake up-- basically you ll have it on the side. The cleaning in our room was not really good. We needed to look for housekeeping for few times to get the cleaning. The wastebin in toilet was not changed for the whole week. During this corona time, that was not the care that we were expecting. There was a problem with water and almost 2 days, there was water-cut in the hotel and we were not informed in advance.

Food and drink was terrible! beds uncomfortable rooms dirty noise and roar everywhere I was sick of food for two days We had to leave the hotel the next day and stay somewhere else

Great range of food, mainly Turkish but nice staff excellent, drinks flowed well

Pool was a little small and deep, also lots of banging doors, not hotels fault

THE FOOD WAS SO BASIC IT WAS AWFUL NO VARIETY AT ALL AND HOT FOOD WAS USUALLY STONE COLD THE POOL WAS TINY AND ONLY ONE TINY BAR OPEN INTERNET SHOCKING LIFT WAS FILTHY RUN DOWN AND SMELLY CORRIDORS TO ROOMS SO DARK AND DINGY ROOM WAS BASIC BUT WHEN YOU LOOKED CLOSELY VERY DIRTY THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY WAS AMAZING THOUGH
