Nice pet friendly home. Exactly as advertised.

The house is nice, not the ritz carillon but a nice house! Had everything we needed and more! The owners live on the property but we almost never saw them. They are both VERY NICE and made sure we had a great stay! Cant say enough good things about them or the house. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay! Will definitely book the house again if we come back to Page AZ Thank you Angela 😊

We happened to meet the owners when we arrive and they are very nice. The frontyard has a beautiful view of the canyon walls. Thank you for the great accommodations!

We were greeted with a bouquet of fresh flowers! The home is comfortable and location is good. Plenty of parking. This was perfect for a friends get away.

Nicely located and equipped home. Property is little old and needs a bit of modern touch like USB ports for charging in the rooms, new carpet possibly in certain areas but overall very nice value for money

We wanted to do some for our daughter who was turning 14. They had decorations that said happy birthday and it made my daughter's day to know they thought of her and this was her weekend. It was absolutely wonderful. Thank you

The property manager was great! We had a couple little glitches and she handled it quickly and satisfactorily. Quirky space that served our meeds well!

It was a good place to stay

My family and I arrived a On a blustery day outside, was so nice to step into this lovely home! Lily's on the table and a personal welcome. We had chosen this location for the ability to leave our dogs as we come and go from different hiking spots and Angela was so kind to offer to even let them out but there was really no need since they could use the dog door and her awesome yard to play in! I enjoyed getting to visit with her and her husband for a short.. But really if people are concerned about the privacy there’s no need to worry because you don’t even hardly know that they are there! And we have three kids that rumble around and make a bit of noise as well as three dogs and I asked Angela a couple times if she heard us and if we were to noisy, she said not at all. This was a relief to know that we could just let looses and be ourselves. The kids thoroughly enjoyed playing in the backyard around the trees and fetching with our dogs. Great location to ride/walk to the park up on 10th or connect over to the rim Trail. We were there on some really windy days with gusts of up to 50 mph but surprisingly it stayed very pleasant on the upper deck where we could sit and watch the trees blow around us. Love the location, love the folks who own the place. Look forward to our return, thank you guys so much for having us! Rhea and Family

We had a great time and the house was perfect and the whole experience was amazing. The owners were very nice and even helped play with our dogs which was above and beyond anything I expected! We plan on staying there again soon!

Very convenient to all attractions and hikes

This place was everything it said it was! The location was great, and it felt like home. The property owner was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend as we loved it!

We wanted to get away from home for Christmas and see a few things at the same time. We saw Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe bend. The house worked well for that. The kitchen is very well stocked. The master bedroom mattress is comfortable. The family room furniture is comfortable.

Our entire stay here was amazing. 100%. From our arrival to fresh flowers and amazing homemade muffins, to the very end. Angela is an AMAZING host - she even left Epsom salts by our door the night after she knew we had been so sore from hiking the bright angel. As far as the house - it's older, but I almost like that better. It's bigger than any place you'd find at this rate, it's an older, well built townhouse type home (Angela and her husband live below), but we never heard a peep from them except in passing. They know the area VERY well and are available for any questions. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance or utensil you could possibly need, the full size laundry room washer/dryer is a definite plus, it's very quiet for being in a small neighborhood, and the surrounding landscape is BEAUTIFUL. And it's close go SO many things. PLEASE see Horseshoe bend and the Glen Canyon Dam - they're spectacular and literally MINUTES away from this home. This home is a bargain for as much as it offers and for the best hosts you could get!

Accurate description, excellent service and wonderful location. Our large family with you g kids had a memorable vacation on Lake Powell.

Angela was amazingly helpful. We had a problem with the microwave, and she almost immediately got us a new one!! She is very helpful with advice about the area.

The property is very nice. Everything was clean and in great conditions. Property manager was awesome and provided clear check in and check out instructions. Strategically located. Very spacious and nice neighborhood.

This property and location was absolutely perfect for north rim adventures, super close to horseshoe bend and other hiking trails. Walking distance to multiple viewpoints for gorgeous sunrise and sunsets and the cherry on top was the amazing host available to answer any questions and help make recommendations through a quick phone call or text. I would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay in Page. The Area has a lot of trails for hiking. The apartment had everything what we need for our stay, it was clean and easy to check in. In Page you have a lot of Restaurants and grocery stores.

The house was very nice and clean it had all the things that we needed and the gas bbq was a big plus. We were very happy staying there thanks.

We very much enjoyed the city of Page and the surrounding area. The home itself was clean but, the smell of smoke was so bad we actually left a day early. In the description it said no smoking allowed. But it was very evident that homeowners had smoke there for a very long time.

The location of this house was great! Very convenient for the hiking trials and other sight seeing locations. There were restaurants and a grocery store close by was very convenient. The house was very spacious and definitely a plus for us to bring our dogs. A few items inside can be updated however. Our bedsheets were clean but they looked they looked like they’ve been stained before. The shower curtains in the shared bathroom gives off a strong mildew smell.

Great place to stay! The house was well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies etc. perfect location if you’re visiting horseshoe bend/ lake Powell. The owner was very friendly and responded promptly to all my inquiries/ request. The space was perfect for my party of 8! Would definitely come back!

We had such a wonderful time renting your house for a week! We had such fun on Lake Powell and your house was the perfect place to chill out after a day on the lake! We loved the kitchen especially and appreciated how well stocked it was with everything that’s needed to cook meals. The bedrooms were comfy and the bathrooms were immaculate. We loved all the games in the cupboards as well and even used the Netflix to watch a movie! We felt at home and can’t thank you enough. We highly recommend you as a host!

We have stayed at this property many times and in the year since the property has been sold and is now managed by a property management company this property has suffered from neglect. The blinds in the master bedroom do not work. The grass in the backyard has died and the backyard is now dirt and dog poop. The flower pots that contained plants and flowers now sit with just dirt in them. The patio rug looks like it never gets swept or vacuumed. The long term renters that live downstairs on this property have a mean dog that almost bit our son when he was unloading our boat in the driveway of the property. It does have a great A/C and easy boat parking but we won’t be back.

This home was perfect for us and our pets. Home owners were very responsive and the amenities were as advertised.

This property is clean and very well equipped. It is close to restaurants and attractions in the area. There was early morning noise that woke us each morning caused by a neighbor’s barking dog. The only other issue was that the mattress on the king bed was not comfortable and felt as if there were springs popping through.

We stayed here with five kids and four adults. We had plenty of space for people to sleep (one was on the couch but that's not a big deal), and we enjoyed being able to eat together at the big table and watch movies together on the large couch. The kitchen was well stocked, there were towels for at the house and for taking to the lake, there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. There is an entire cupboard full of board games and my kids loved playing those. The downside was that it smells really gross, especially in the hall bathroom. A combination of old stale cigarette smoke and dog. Also, it wasn't mentioned in the listing but this house is a split level home. As a renter, you get the top floor, but the owner lives on the bottom floor. There is a door with a lock that separates them, and I never saw the owner during our stay. At first I thought it would make me crazy to be staying at the same house as a stranger, but it was actually no big deal because we never saw her. But just felt like future renters might want to be aware of that fact.

Overall we found this home to be very hospitable. It was extremely clean and decorated in a way that made us feel at home. That was a good thing because I had trouble with the altitude and was sick. We spent 2 days hanging out in the house enjoying each other's company. It was very nice. I took a star away because the beds felt old and there was a smell in the house which we later decided was cigarette smoke.
