The owner of the accommodation is very willing to communicate in advance via WhatsApp. Late arrival is not a problem. Everything can be arranged. Equipped kitchen, bed linen and cleaning included in the price. The location is perfect for parking a vehicle. Large parking lot in front of the house. 8 min walk to the new hypermarket. I warmly recommend

Great location, clean apartment. Had a bit of a hiccup as I wasn't able to let them know the arrival time but the owner was very accommodating and the cleaner came to meet us quickly and on short notice!

Furniture is a bit tired, few slats missing on sofa bed and you could only use half of it. Also would have been good to have WiFi....

Great location it really is close to everything and quiet area with parking which is great. It's a nice little apartment and they allowed us to check in early and was no trouble at all.

We went during the heatwave and the portable fan couldn't keep the place cool enough. Needs air con really to be comfy

Very clean and great located! Close to the bus stop. Manuela was super sweet and fast reacting. She even give us some recommendations for the stay in villasimius!

We booked this apartment very late just before our travel date. Manuela the owner got in touch and arranged for Linda her cleaner to meet us at the property, we linked up with Linda on Whats app. We arrived in Villasimius a little earlier than planned, and Linda was able to come and meet us at the apartment. Although we did not speak Italian she was able to communicate all the information needed, and all instructions to deal with local the rubbish and recycling collections. Linda was very friendly. One great thing was that there were some basic supplies left in the kitchen, like salt, oil etc. This is a great help when on a short stay, as you rarely use these things in the course of a week.
