•Locația deși retrasa, era liniște, ceea ce am apreciat •parcarea acoperita pt fiecare apartament în parte •foarte curat și bine întreținut •curățenie odată la 2-3 zile ( schimbat prosoape, lenjerie) •personal empatic •locația overall foarte bine întreținută •piscina foarte ok, program 10-20 • Bucătăria dotata rezonabil cu cele necesare •recomand plaja Sarti ( cea mai apropiata de locație) apa este super cristalina și intrarea f lina în apa ( pt cei cu copii mici e un avantaj). On top : • Sa nu mâncați la Lauer House, e first place pe trip advisor, însă noi, după ce am așteptat 2h după mancare am fost dati afară pt ca am avut "tupeul" sa cerem "socoteală". F unprofessional și lipsiți de bun simt! Atât de șocată am fost de ce s-a întâmplat de scriu și aici despre experienta noastră urata!

• Apartamentul nu e pentru 4 persoane, sunt f mici. Noi am stat eu, soțul, fetita și mama și a fost f restrâns spațiul. Fizic incapi, dar e f incomod. •salteaua ne-a dat bătai de cap, destul de incomodă •Baia este în dormitor, deci cel/cei care dorm în sufragerie trebuie sa treaca prin dormitor ca sa ajungă la baie • Locația este cam la 10-15 min de mers pe jos de cea mai apropiata plaja și 30 de min de centru unde găsiți taverne și tot alaiul. Pe noi nu ne-a deranjat ca am mers cu mașina, însă e bine de știut. - lângă locație nu exista supermarket sau anything Însă è Totul la 5-6 min de mers cu mașina

Very clean, staff very kind, location very convenient with the beaches of the darti area

The overall appartment was comfortable and clean with a modern look and felt like home. The staff working there was helpfull and nice.

Even thou the area was very quiet, it seem there were no rules for quiet hours within the hotel. There were very noizy neighbors during the night (until 2:00) around the pool area and also during the resting time (15:00 - 17:00).

Everything was wonderful, the room, the staff, the pool, the location. I can't think of a single bad thing.

Communication -- Great! I was kept informed about my room availability, check-in time, number, parking space. All my requests were addressed, so kudos. Parking space - yes, numbered, shaded parking spaces for each room. Keeps your car cool during the day and protected from elements. Thank you. The pool -- I think this was the only property in Sarti with a pool. The swimming pool is of a decent size, the water is crystal clear, and if you don't feel like going to the beach, you can chill by the pool. Plenty of sun beds and massive umbrellas. The rooms: Everything you need to work, relax or cook. Several Wifi networks to choose from, good speed and availability. Only the cable TV was a bit... hmmmm, so bring a laptop, a usb streaming player and an hdmi cable and plug it in the tv. Rooms are comfortable, views are awesome, the place is quiet, away from the crowds in Sarti, yet a 5 min walk to the beach, some shops and taverns. I have spotted at least two CCTV cameras, which also deserve a point. Astra Sarti Luxury Suites is now my favourite place to stay in Sarti.. Highly recommended.
