Lovely spacious caravan, great facilities literally a 2 minute walk to arcades/pool/shops & takeaways, great quiet location
Owner is very quick to respond to any questions you have thank you we shall be back ☺️
Parking is rather tight / a little small in the car park closest to van and if you stay out late you tend not to have a space waiting but a minor negative on the whole

Really enjoyed our stay at this van, location was great with loads of stuff near and on site, 6 miles to skegness but loads of stuff like shops, amusements, bars close by.
Owner, manager and cleaner were all brilliant, great communication with owner throughout our stay.
Van was clean, beds comfy, all cutlery, crockery and utensils in van.
I hope to return again soon and I will be contacting Michael.

Location perfect as we were racing at skegness staduim which is 5 mins away.. all good all round

The plot was lovely.. nice and quiet.
The cleaner was lovely and did an amazing job in the van.

The van was clean, we enjoyed the board games and all the entertainment on the site was really reasonably priced.
We had afew minor issues but were rectified within a very short time and the managers/owner was so easy to deal with and very polite

The location was good. The caravan is situated at the edge of the site next to trees and a ditch on one side and in a quiet area. It was possible to bring the car up to the van for loading and unloading and there was car parking nearby for longer. The van operated well. Didnt really try the TV. but the games dish washing cloth and liquid and welcome items were appreciated.
Only problem perhaps being the size of the rooms that were quite alright in two and best in the double. I guess it depends how the group is arranged but the third bedroom is not big enough for an adult. The other two appear to be fine.

Perfect site, great location, had everything we needed and more in the van, games, every single pot and on you plus think off, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, beds comfortable, front room very roomy!

The caravan was clean, bed linen provided at a small extra cost was lovely and fresh. The balcony was great for evenings as the sun set. Close to amenities, arcades, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Great short break. The owner was very quick to reply to any communications.
The beach was further away than I realised.

The caravan was spotless and had everything in you'd need for a break away. It was close to all amenities. Michael was great and was always on hand by phone if needed. We will definitely be returning x
