It needs an urgent update. Holes in the nets, curtains you could see through as they were so old. Large stains on the settee’s. Wasn’t happy to walk around without shoes on. Toothbrush and toothbrush holder were left in the bathroom from previous occupants. Really sorry as you were so nice to speak to on the phone.

it was disgusting no smoke alarm, boiler not covered properly , mould every ,where curtains torn and caravan smelt fusty, contacted owner rude and abusive, owner constanstly lies about this caravan, no smoke alarm flies mould, sweet wrappers, mints on bedroom floor boiler not covered correctly, smells fusty, greece on work tops and cooker, pots disgusting , even the hoover was broke., shower was vile , it was filthy and covered in human hair and whatever else it was i dread to think. owner said we asked for refund which we did not owner said we stayed full duration which we did not, came home early due to state of caravan, said he would come out on the tuesday and never, photos sent to bookings.com as requested by them to send, of the mess and abusive text which he sent in reply to my text, as evidence of abusive behaviour and the state of caravan . owner just does not care promises to come and repair things then does not bother. contacted him when we got home was very rude and abusive and tried to say he was at caravan and it was fine, but i can promise you it is not fine at all. " this is a health and safety issue " , and he just tries to blame everyone else which is not acceptable.

The shower was good power and heat, but the water was slow to drain out.

Everything!!!!! It looked unclean from the outside, mud on the door so this set the tone of what was to come. Smell of damp dog on opening the door and it felt grubby, there were splatted insects on the wall in the living area, the nets and curtains were tired and faded, with mould forming on the window openers, stains on the kitchen blind, pots stored on the floor in the cupboard which was dirty with signs of debris, a dirty nappy found under one of the beds and no smoke detector, just the backing of where it once was. The bedrooms had cobwebs around the ceilings so it was very clear that the caravan had not been cleaned to any standard in some time. We didn't want to stay but due to the time of our arrival were forced to suck it up for one night. We asked for a refund for the remaining 2 night which the owners did not agree to but said they would get their cleaning manager out to 'address the issues'. Whilst out the following day looking for somewhere else to stay we had a text to say the caravan had been clean, however on our return it was in the same state it was when we left. The owners were responsive, however I can only assume these are their own standards of living or their cleaning staff have no integrity.

the caravan and pictures was not what we booked /fridge could not keep food cold / tv not set up properly did not work half the time / shower flooding water under the caravan/ leak around toilet / tap part broken / some windows did not open and was very dirty / furniture and pillows stained / table to big for caravan and when moved dirty food stains stuck to carpet / duvet quilt and pillows dirty and stained / caravan had green facial around outside top of caravan and it was orange / caravan was called luxe caravan but stated sherwood on caravan/ cutlery drawer was very dirty and utensils and pots and pans very dirty / no storage for anything cupboards had odd bits in all around the caravan / toilet latch at top of door in toilet and came down and was locked in toilet as could not reach not really any positives about the caravan false pictures and not correct caravan what we booked with booking.com
