This wonderful house had everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental. It was clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with all the essentials for a carefree vacation. Communication with the owner was easy and it was a true pleasure to stay at their beautiful home. Thank you!

We hope to return to this gorgeous home in the not-too-distant future! It was everything we wanted: comfortable, spacious, quiet, thoughtfully appointed and close to the beach. Bill was very easy to work with and gave us great tips for activities that really made our week that much more fun! Loved it!!

We traveled to IOP having never been there with 7 adults and 7 children. The house and pool were perfect for our children. The house is such a luxurious space and with all the bedrooms and bathrooms, we never felt crowded. Bill Saint was in communication with us from the very beginning and helped us out immediately with any questions that we had. I highly recommend this property!

Truly you will not find a more luxurious beach house on IOP. We had the best family beach vacation. Everything was perfect from the kitchen with 2 dishwashers and every convenience you could image to the wonderful heated pool. I don't think the pictures do this beautiful home justice. All 7 bedrooms have their own gorgeous bathrooms. Two large back porches with comfy furniture and tables for outdoor dining, and one is them is even heated!! Just head down from the back porch for a 2 minute easy walk to the perfect IOP beach at the very quiet end. (Beach chairs and towels provided!) It was like having your own private beach. The owner, Bill, was unbelievably responsive and focused on providing a fabulous experience. Thank you, Bill, for a once in a life time vacation.

We had great expectations after looking at the listing, but reality was better of what we expected. The house is simply amazing, and it was immaculate for our arrival. Bill is a great host and we will definitively be back.

We had the best time at this house! We had 14 girls and we still had so much space! Everything was beautiful and perfectly done! Would definitely stay here again! The decks are definitely our favorite part!

This property is quite spacious and was able to accommodate our family for a week. Quiet residential neighborhood with a perfect location for the beach lover, a short walk and you have arrived. Close to grocery, restaurants and shopping galore. Discovered a few items that were not operating correctly and were promptly referred to the property owner.

We rented this home September 2-9,2023 for our family vacation. It is beautiful! Great location, quite beach area with easy access to beach. The pool area and porches are great! We spent a lot of time in those areas. The owners have thought of everything ! Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The house had plenty of space to spread out for everyone to have there own space and privacy! Owner is easy to reach and quick to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend.

We just got back from a family vacation at the IOP Beach House and can’t wait to book another trip. I won’t waste your time by repeating the property description and I’m sure when some of you are reading about the property you’re thinking, “ok Bill, enough with the poetic license, this sounds like a 5 star all inclusive…..”. Well, I can assure you, Bill isn’t exaggerating! All you’ll need to bring is clothes and a toothbrush, everything else that you could possibly need is included. As an example, we stayed at the house during Hurricane Idalia, and in the pantry was a bag labeled “storm supplies” which contained 8 fully charged flashlights ready to go. Also, it’s not just the wonderful accommodations, the level of service and support is outstanding. We had an issue with the A/C on Sunday afternoon and texted Bill to let him know. An HVAC technician was at the property less than an hour later and had us back up and running in no time at all. Instructions for using the electronics in the house were very clear and concise (pictures included) and the welcome binder included everything we needed to know about the home and local area. By the end of our week’s stay, we decided that IOP stood for “In our Palace”. If you choose to book this property, I think you’ll feel the same.

Great home, Quiet neighborhood,

This is a gorgeous home in a wonderful area with a very gracious host. My family enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to the IOP.

We have stayed at this home multiple times.. always clean and updated! You couldn’t ask for a more engaged owner!!

The property was all we imagined and more. It allowed all of us to be together without having us on top of one another. Each room was beautifully decorated and so inviting that we felt at home as soon as we walked in. We loved the convenience of having a fully stocked kitchen for our family meals. The outdoor space was perfect. I found myself napping on the porch swing and it was hard to get the grandkids out of the pool at night. My oldest granddaughter wanted us to move in permanently.

Our extended family takes a vacation together every other year. This year we chose to vacation in Charleston. This house was amazing and the owners, the Saints, were amazing hosts! The deco was fabulous and the house was incredible. I would recommend this home to anyone!

House was all we had hoped for plus. Beautiful home. Nicely appointed. Completely as advertised. Great location. The house has everything. Beautifully furnished. Great sized rooms. Pool was great. View was great. 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Ocean was clean and the water was warm. Great access to Sullivan’s Island and Downtown Charleston. Many great choices for things to do. Many great restaurants to choose from. A simply great vacation in a phenomenal house in a superb location. You can’t go wrong. Everything was great.

Our family of 3 sons, their wives and grandchildren ranging from 9 down to 11 months stayed in this beautiful home. The house was perfect for large groups and very well equipped with everything provided and of top quality. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. We’re already planning our next year’s trip!

The property and the communication set a very high standard for a beach rental. The house was perfect. Furnishings were all first class as was everything else. The kitchen was incredibly equipped. Best wine glasses we have ever had in a rental. Towels were great, beds were great, art and decorations were great. Everything worked and was well maintained. Hope to stay here again.

A fabulous time at IOP

The house is perfect for one large family, several families, or groups of friends. There are so many bedrooms and bathrooms and they are all lovely, with soft sheets and blankets and high-quality furnishings. The kitchen is so well-stocked with everything you need. And the owner includes coffee, tea, dish liquid, paper towels, detergent, and even spices. The house is very clean as well. We spent hours on the beautiful porch and enjoyed the saltwater pool. I'd rent this house again.

Beautiful home, very spacious and well appointed. Loved the high ceilings. Kids loved the basement/garage area for indoor playing and the private pool when outside.Great vacation home, would highly recommend. We felt like we were in a high end resort property. No issues during entire vacation. Oh and the elevator sure helps with larger luggage and those groceries.

This property was everything as advertised! This is truly a luxury listing. We stayed here for our family vacation and had a blast. The home is immaculate and has plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. The pool was heated and provided numerous hours of pleasure for our grandchildren. The owners have gone above and beyond to provide all cookware needed. We also enjoyed the Sonos sound system. Would highly recommend.

The house and grounds are immaculate and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the week. Coffee on the roof deck every morning was the perfect start to the day! We loved it all!

We had a wonderful week at this property. Everything really was perfect. It was definitely worth heating the pool in April for the kids, and the proximity to the beach was wonderful for everyone! We hope to visit again!

This beach house is awesome! It is exactly as pictured! We were “burned” on a previous vacation rental. Ever since our bad experience, I have been reluctant to rent another vacation home. This house restored my faith! Bill and Terri Saint thought of everything when it came to furnishing their home and the things they provided. We had the best vacation and are already talking about returning next year! ☀️❤️

There are no words to describe our stay at this beach house. We rented it to host our daughter and her 4 bridesmaids before the "big day". Absolutely no detail was overlooked in preparing for guests to arrive, enjoy, relax and soak in the beauty of this home and area. We will be forever grateful that The Saint Family share their beautiful home with families like ours. There will be only one regret when renting this home - you'll regret having to leave this slice of paradise.
