We’ve stayed in Mt. Pleasant a few times. This pictures actually do it an under justice which is very rare to say. It is so spacious and clean. Beautiful place and very welcoming!! We stayed after Christmas and there was an issue from the rain that was out of anyone’s control before we got there and we were notified beforehand and checked on to ensure there were no more issues. Very responsive to any concerns we had, which was only that we wanted to utilize the outdoor area and it was chilly and the propane tank was empty for the fire pit . It was fixed the next morning. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to anything you could need. You do not have access to the garage. We have a truck that would not have fit anyway, but if bringing two vehicles, this is on a curve and we almost got stuck by a moving truck that happened to park behind the driveway, so one car is recommended. The only recommendation is that there are no tv’s in the upstairs bedrooms. We didn’t have any children so it wasn’t an issue, but could be for others. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

We rented this lovely abode over the Christmas Holidays to visit with family. We really enjoyed the layout of the house. The first floor was perfect for us - Kitchen with dining area, family room in back with access to enclosed backyard for dog. My 94 year old mother stayed in the first floor bedroom so had access to all the living areas - important key point for us so she did not have to worry about any stairs or steps. The upstairs bedrooms were great. Highly recommend

Good size for our family of 4 plus grandpa. Kitchen, bath and bedrooms were very clean. Some dog hair from previous guests was on the living floor, but not a big deal to us since we brought our dog. Beds were really comfy and well furnished. Loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to beach and town. Overall a pleasant short stay.

Great, quiet location. House was deceptively large inside (versus what we saw in photos and in person). Loved the proximity to Shem Creek and Pitt Street. Would highly recommend.

In town for nearby family visit. Duplex unit with own entrance in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Quiet street, little traffic. Nice outside area,with wooden fence. Did not use propane fire pit or grill. Booking and checkin a breeze. One minor text to support team answered in a minute by local team. Excellent plentiful towels. Two parking spots in driveway .Will stay again if this home avaiable. Highly recommended.

The ambiance and decor were amazing - it was simple yet elegant, cozy yet airy. We loved the neighborhood! In a word, fabulous.

Loved the home and location! Baseball in the morning, beaches in the afternoon. Will stay here again if our grandson travels to Shipyard again!

We stayed in the Coastal Cottage for 3 nights to attend a wedding in Mount Pleasant and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. A quiet neighborhood with plenty of space. The cottage was clean and located in a convenient area to get to stores and the beach. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Under furnished and not well maintained.

Wish we had more time. We were only there for 2 nights for a wedding. The beds were soooo comfortable, very please. Everything was easy Peary. It was my First VRBO ever. Even with a small challenge with the door code, the text communication with management was seamless and the issue was quickly resolved.

The cleaning staff showed up 20 minutes before check out and waited in the street and driveway, I felt pressured to leave the properyt as they watched us load up the car.

Great location and super convenient to beach, Old Village, and Charleston. Duplex was newly renovated and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This was our first visit to Charleston and we spent quite a bit of time choosing where to stay. This cottage was perfect. Beautiful home, with spacious rooms and very clean. Management team was great to work with. Fantastic location within easy driving distance to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

Location is convenient for shopping, restaurants and quick access to freeway, Charleston and Sullivan's Island. As recommendation, to trim the bushes to have a clear path to walk on, and clear the leaves from the entryway. Otherwise, everything was nice, clean and a super cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood.

The location and proximity to Charleston as well as the surrounding beaches was perfect! The property was also very well maintained and clean upon our arrival. Any questions/issues we had were immediately addressed. We would recommend including more cleaning supplies, kitchen towels (there was only one), and perhaps spices like salt and pepper to accompany the functioning kitchen appliances.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location for enjoying beach at Sullivan's Island and close enough to downtown Charleston. Quite neighborhood.

This property was SO CLEAN!! It was decorated very nicely too. The only thing that was not great was that there wasn't enough towels for 6 people. Also the shower was a little difficult to figure out but once we did it was amazing!!

The only things provided were a few towels and enough soap and shampoo to last a couple days. There were plenty of pots and pans and tableware but zero sundries so you have to bring everything including salt and pepper. The air conditioning was good downstairs but not upstairs. You could get on a chair and adjust all the vents but it was still challenging. The outdoor grill was ok but we had to change the gas and the ignitor didn't work. Texting for assistance was acceptable and they even sent over a person when we had issues with the grill. There is a lot to do in the area and the location was great. I would recommend the area and the home is well maintained with plenty of room to spread out just be prepared to play with the AC and bring everything if you want to cook and shower.

The layout of the space was great for four adults. Plenty of room for dining and hanging out in family room. As other reviewers have mentioned carpets are stained, the linoleum in the upstairs bath is damaged (as is the shower curtain rod). All said, the property just looks/feels tired and fell short of my expectation for the price we paid.
