Loved this beautiful house with private beach access and pool. It has a high end, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and more. The bathrooms are gorgeous and all bedrooms have an en suite. The house is nicely decorated throughout and comfortable, making for a truly fun beach vacation. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for our family. Best one we have rented for the last 5 years where everything was working and bedrooms are roomy with its own bathroom. Only suggestion is it needs an ice maker and wine fridge. Had all the utensil's needed and dishes and serving pieces were very nice. Pantry needs to be organized where you have all kinds of kitchen gadgets, etc. We would like to rent again, and highly recommend this condo to other interested parties!

We had 10 in our group ranging from 5 years old to 71. The home was perfect for our family. Each bedroom included a private bathroom and there’s a washer/dryer upstairs and in the garage. There are 2 refrigerators, too. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware, utensils, bar ware, etc. The property management provided excellent service.

The house was very convenient to all activities we were hoping for. Right on the beach!! Also, we were pleasantly surprised when we saw there were tons of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. available in the garage for us to use as the listing was very vague. The heated pool and hot tub was a huge plus! SPI was very attentive when a problem with the pool arose. Someone was sent within the hour, which was very much appreciated. The house itself has seen better days – a lot of items were worn or broken. Also, a deep cleaning would’ve been appreciated between guests.

We had our extended family of 11 people staying here for the Christmas holidays. The house was awesome - clean, well-stocked, great location. It was especially nice that each bedroom had their own private bathroom. Our only complaint was that we booked this house because of the pool and hot tub, but the heaters didn't work most of the time. Some of our family was coming down from freezing Minnesota and looking forward to spending time in the hot tub every night. The rental management company responded very quickly to our calls that it wasn't working; however, the maintenance man that came out could not get it to work either and said he would have the pool guy come out. He came out once but left without even talking to us. One of the heaters would come on randomly for awhile and then shut off so we never knew when or how long it was going to be heated. Very frustrating as well as the fact that there were no written instructions as to how it was supposed to work. The management company did end up compensating us for not being able to use the hot tub and pool; but obviously, it did put a damper on our expectations for the vacation.

Great clean house. Location was amazing.

We had 13 in our group from adults to middle school and location was great. Pool and hot tub were huge hit. Beach was great and the chairs, wagon and umbrella in garage were nice to have as well. The Wanna Wanna right around the corner has good food and drinks. Will definitely come back

Beautiful location, well kept spacious property.

The house was perfect for our family! Beach view with direct beach access, beautiful, comfy house, fully appointed kitchen and plenty if space fur everyone. The kids room with a crib for our grandson was so wonderful!

This was our first family vacation to SPI. We chose the house because of the beach access, the pool, the hot tub, and the pictures of the house. Sometimes the pictures make the house look nicer than it is but not this time. We were very impressed with the condition of the house. The only thing that would make the stay better would be instructions on how to work the blinds (the controller for each room), stove (was digital controls), and sound on the living room tv (never could get the BOSE system to work). I would have to say that SPI Rentals was a class act and this house is worth the money. We are looking at returning next year for another vacation and will be staying in this house again.

This house will exceed any expectations you may have. It is perfectly located in the city. And PERFECTLY located on the beach. Very comfortable, holds a lot of people well. With every bedroom having a private bath, it creates a sense of privacy that is hard to find. We will be coming back!

This was a great property and fit our needs exactly. I would suggest you put some scrubby’s of some kind in the kitchen along with more kitchen towels. The refrigerator icemaker was not working properly and I forgot to say anything about it and the upstairs dryer was not working properly but that was not a huge hassle. We enjoyed being right on the gulf.

Beautifully decorated, clean home with well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. The pool kept our 4 children entertained for hours. So nice to have a view of the ocean and ability to walk out the door and be on the beach.

This was a beautiful, well kept, well stocked property. There were 11 adults and there was ample room. Would stay there again.

The property sits in a perfect location with a private pool and direct beach access. The house is stunning, with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms there was plenty of space for both families. Full size washer and dryer was so helpful to keep towels and swimsuits clean. The decor is perfect for a seaside location. Two Car garage helped to store beach toys and the 6-seat golf cart we rented. The maintenance/management team was accessible and responsive throughout our stay. Our family will be booking at this location again soon!

The place was great. we all slept great on all the great beds. Everyone having their own bathrooms was great. Clean place and we had very little to no issues. very clean water in the pool and hot tub. It was great to have the pool and hot tub during some on the inclimate weather and for the young ones in our group. There was a lot of clutter in the place as far as cookware and all. Would have been nice to have the pantry for our food and needs versus a bunch of cooking and kitchen utensils that are not needed or wanted when on vacation. We were worried about some other reviews mentioning flooding into the unit during rain. We had some rain days and had no issues at all. Overall, great place and clean place. 4.5 out of 5 only because of the kitchen clutter. SPI Rental was easy and wonderful to work with. 5 out of 5 for them.

Property was very clean and well set up for a large group. Location was perfect and access to the beach was perfect. Everyone had a good experience.

The minute you walk into this beachhouse the ocean view greets you. La Casa del Caballero is beautiful and provided everything we needed to celebrate a birthday weekend. There was plenty of space for my family of five and family of three. We also were able to enjoy the great pool and quick access to the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stayed and will return.

Lovely house with classic beach vibes! Every room beautifully decorated. The pool and hot tub were perfect…. Love that we could just walk out the gate and have such a short walk to the beach. It was a wonderful weekend! We will definitely come back.

A few issues inconvenienced us… stove did not work the first day, coffee bar outlets stopped working, internet down,water came in through the master bedroom balcony sliding door during the storm and flooded floor. Other than that we loved the house and location on the beach. If issues are resolved, we may rent again in the future. Rudy C.
