Nice, clean, well executed room with all required amenities and some extras. Perfect for staying the night before an early flight from BLQ. Towels, bath soap, shampoo, toothbrushes and tooth paste, espresso machine in room, with pastries, mini fridge with included snacks, clean sheets and comfy bed. They even allowed us to park our car in the property. 2 minutes drive / 15 mins walk to BLQ.

Shower floor better with tiles

Great place to stay for a night. It is located about a 15-20mins walk from the airport. We walked from the terminal building at around 11.30pm and they were expecting us exactly as arranged. The room was excellent and very clean, the bathroom very convenient and spacious.

Loved this B&B. The room was wonderful, clean, and bright. Feather pillows and duvet were very warm and comfortable. Espresso machine, kettle, and snacks in room, as well as a really cute personalised welcome sign just by the door. Esther and Roberto go above and beyond with their B&B and it shows, right down to the tiny toiletries and toothbrush kits for us more forgetful folk or those travelling light. We were only staying one night before leaving for the airport, but it was a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again if in the Bologna area as it was very quiet and calm.

the proximity to the airport was perfect, and there was proximity to a market, bar and food.

it doesn’t have a lift, but the owner was incredibly generous to help me with mine up the flight of stairs.

The hosts were outstanding. Ester and Roberta were very welcoming, gracious, informative, and attentive. They assisted me with luggage and made my overnight stay in Bologna a very pleasant and trouble free experience.

This place is ideal if you have a late or early flight. It is located close to the airport - you can fairly easily walk it in around 15 minutes. Very comfortable room with great bed. Friendly host. Loved the little extra touches such as snacks and welcome sign. Good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing bed and modern bathroom

Despite the proximity to the airport, it is a very quiet place. There are cafes and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The owners are very kind, always available to guide visitors. The room is clean and comfortable. The free in-room food and beverage offer is very friendly.

It was all perfect. I just missed a desk. However, it didn't bother me in a one-day stay.

Friendly staff, help us to keep our 3 bikes inside the property. Give us directions to get groceries or food. the rooms have coffee machine, tea an some cookies. Near to airport and near to the bus stop. Host give us directions. great communication.
