My wife and I booked "The Nest" for a week at the end of October 2023. The property was just as advertised, clean and pleasant with a nice bayside view. Good location, too. We would definitely recommend this place.

The property were fantastic. The villa was very clean and well stocked. Loved the space of the villa as well as the patio. Prior to arriving for our stay we went ahead and booked the location for basically the same time for the 2022 mini season. Thank you so very much for your hospitality.

This really is a great place! Clean and comfortable. AC ran great. Xfinity cable. The kitchen is well appointed with all you would need if you choose to cook. The deck space is huge and it was great having the sun cover in the one area. The location is great - centrally located in the heart of Islamorada and all the breweries, restaurants and tiki bars you can handle, many within walking distance. Some great shops in the area as well. The sunsets were amazing, right off the breakwater. Other residents would gather daily to enjoy. No need to deal with the crowds at Lorelei! (We decided that's for the suckers on the other side of the island!) Our wonderful week at The Nest ended with a gathering of 3 manatees in the boat basin on Friday evening! I don't know how Kristine arranged that, but it was amazing. Thanks for providing such a great place! We hope to return again some time. Scott & Vanessa

This property was exceptionally clean and the location was excellent--closeby to several highly-rated restaurants. The large deck was excellent! Definitely, a great place for a couple looking to enjoy a lovely vacation.

Great location with amazing sunsets every night. The cool breeze coming from the water made fishing off the protected harbor more relaxing and comfortable. The only thing we heard other guests slightly complain about was the neighboring house hosting parties. It was only 2 nights, we actually enjoyed the misic, but I guess it's not as "quite" as it used to be before the receptions. To us, is a fantastic place that we will definitely visit again!

Secluded and serene hideaway, yet right off Hwy 1. "The Nest" was perfect for two. Cozy and comfortable with nice furnishings. Would have preferred a king bed, but this is nit picking. The grounds were very well kept and visited by many wildlife friends. The private boat launch and mini, protected harbor was perfect for leaving our boat in the water and ready to go! We will certainly return. Thanks Kristine!
