Really nice location, close to the beach, well connected to public transport, nice and spacios room ( the delix suite).

The staff was not very helpful in general, the cleaning was poor. The brakfast arrangement, even thow good, they started to charge us for the “extras” after 4 days. Apparently they have canged the agreement with the hotel but nobody communicated to us this aspect.

The location is fantastic, the Hotel is like a small structure very nice and we had a double location choice for breakfast with two option: American or more European breakfast.

The room space is a little small but maybe there are other layout solution with a larger surface.

- Clean, modern rooms - Located right on Dizengoff street near bars and restaurants which made going out in the evening very convenient - Breakfast is not served by the hotel, instead you get vouchers for two breakfast spots right next to the hotel, both were great (one has American style breakfast and the other super tasty sandwiches).

- This is a boutique type hotel so everything is very small, including the rooms, which was fine for us but it needs more places to put your stuff on, like shelves, little tables, something in the bathroom etc. - On our first night there was some construction going on outside (they were working on the new subway lines from what we understood) and the sound in the room was quite loud due to no proper soundproofing. - A few times, in the middle of the night, the shower started dripping all of a sudden, even though it was properly turned off, and it was loud enough that it woke us up. We couldn't stop it so we placed some towels right underneath to cancel the noise. It would stop on its own after a while but still, quite disturbing.

Very nice hotel. Good location , both restaurants and the beach. Very friendly and helpful personal. Top restaurant and bar are part of hotel.

I had a bad experience, I gave $200 as security deposit when I checkin and when I checkout and ask for deposit which I given the manager already gave . I need argue with them and last told them to check video recording when did they gave . I was travelling alone and they said they gave to somebody in my room . after arguing in last they agreed to give my money back . Don’t trust the staffs .

The hotel is conveniently located on Dizengoff street within 10 minutes walk from the waterfront and with many shops and restaurant nearby. The room is nicely decorated, with coffee machine and water available. Breakfast is served in 2 nearby restaurants, reception will provide a voucher for you. The restaurant is not part of the hotel, better to reserve a table in advance as it is always busy: they serve nice meals and the ambience is friendly.

Allow you some extra time for check in and check out, especially if you have specific request on your invoice.

The room is tiny but very nice decorated and bathroom is very comfortable. Safe available, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary caps, water also available. I could store the luggage while I was walking around the city. The restaurant seems also nice and very popular but I did not eat there because no table available (you should ask in advance). Wi-Fi is working well and no password is needed. It is 10 minutes walking distance from the sea, which I recommend for a nice walk.

please stop spraying air freshener and save your money. The smell is over powering

It is not a problem of the property, but for me it is toooooo noisy. 1st floor located over the bars and cafes and if you plan to go to bad before meednight than this is not a place for you.

I have stayed at Jacob Samuel 3 or 4 years ago. I liked it so I gave it another try but this time... !!!! At arrival without even requesting it, they gave me an upgrade to a bigger room ( I had the small comfort room) Amazing comfortable very clean room, great nespresso coffee machine, beautiful balcony with chairs. Very comfy bed, bathrobe, sleepers and anything you need. They would add more coffee pods everyday and give me complementary bottles of water everyday as well. What crowned the stay as best ever was the fact that check out time was 11am. My flight was at 11pm that day. I asked the manager Yaniv if I could have a late check out expecting to be granted an hour or 2 at the most. Well to my delight he offered me to move to a smaller room but i could stay as long as I needed, meaning I could rest and leave right to the airport, at the time I needed to. That is called going the extra step to help a guest. i was so happy I can recommend this place to anyone for sure and looking forward to staying there again. Great location, very friendly and helpful stuff, clean rooms and relatively spacious for TLV. room cleaned daily and stuff helped us with transportation to airport with a very good deal.

there is no lobby to meet guests in. but there are plenty coffee shops around to sit in. as it is a very small hotel they don't have a gym or a pool (But who needs a pool if you are 5 minutes walk from the beach)
