אין שרות משעה 17:00 הגענו לחגוג יום הולדת , הגענו למלון סביב השעה חמש יצאנו למסעדה וכשרצינו להיכנס למיטה גילנו שהמצעים מגועלים בדם , ביקשנו להחליף מצעים שון ענה לנו שהוא בביתו בנתניה אין שרות בשעה זו שנלך למחסן וניקח מצעים ונחליף העצמנו בנוסף המזגן לא קירר ביקש שיסביר לנו איפה יש מאוור לאן הנסיבות נאלצנו לחזור לביתנו ברמהש כיוון שלא הגענו לעבוד בלהחליף מצעים או מזגן לא תקין , טענו שפתחנו את המרפסת ולכן המזגן לא עובד ושיש מצלמות וראו שפתחנו את המרפסת …

מדובר בחבורת נוכלים שחייבו אותי עוד לפני שהגעתי למלון , ביקשתי החזר כמובן שלא הסכימו …..

זו לא ארוחת בוקר אלא קפה ועוגה או קפה וסנדביץ
החדר שרצו לתת בהתחלה נמצא על הכביש ומאד רועש וזאת למרות שביקשתי חדר שקט. אין להם חדר שקט ועם נוף, זה או זה או זה. איימתי שנלך, בפוקס היה להם חדר פנוי.. בהתחלה לא רצו להעביר אותנו לשם אבל ממש כעסתי.

The location is the main good thing about the hotel. The breakfast is nice, which is provided in a small caffe shop in the hotel. The staff were nice.
The cleaning could have been better, there were a few dirty shirts left in the storage cabinets. The shower always flow into the whole bathroom. The sink was super small. And the TV remote did not work. The AC was old, slow, noisy and dirty.

The location was with in walking distance of everything.

The room was excellent and very nicely decorated. It had real personality. The staff was extremely helpfull and the breakfast in the café beside the hotel was just excellent.

The sheets were good, the style of the interior was interesting
No way to let the fresh air come in in the room-no way to open the windows !There is a space between door of the toilet and the wall, so you can see and to hear what is going on inside!!!

Location was perfect, nice coffee for breakfast. Complimentary bottle of wine - thank you :)
In breakfast there were only ready sandwitches and pastry but very tasty. The room was not the cleanest. The hair drier was not working properly

Great customer service, easy to get in and out, very nice room!
The code for the outside gate that we were given had two numbers swapped and we checked in at night, so it was a frustrating few minutes until we realized the mistake.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. the breakfast nice and very convenient. room was clean. location terrific.
The facility needed updating . Rooms tiny. Flooring in one area had broken planks: no washcloths provided. bathroom shade filthy.

Friendly owner
This is a tiny room with a very ancient renovation, old air conditioning and TV. Everything in this room was uncomfortable! From both windows there was a view of the fence. There were cute wood lice in the bathroom… We really wanted to leave quickly.

Excellent location, right in the middle of Tel Aviv.
Nice looking hotel with lots of atmosphere, very clean and satisfying.
Parking is hell, as it is Tel Aviv. We managed to park in the Tahana parking lot in Neve Tsedek and just went to the hotel by foot. Nice walk

The room was very small and supose that it was for 3persons. The breakfast was very restricted and poor.

The stuff are nice, some English speaking one. It's close to alot of shops and stores.
There's no elevator so be mindful of that.

Breakfast was good -good coffee, a good selection of sandwiches, pastries or plain but excellent bread and butter plus preserves. As for Saturday breakfast - that was a feast in a nearby cafe!
The view was a bit of misery overlooking a blank nondescript building next door at close range…..

Easy to check in with self-checking in instructions. Clean room, comfy bed. Location is good, especially if you are interested in nightlife.
Breakfast was super limited! Only one cookie or a sandwich and a coffee at the cafe downstairs. That was all. No buffet breakfast, no fruit, no orange juice, nothing else. Room was noisy. You cannot keep the window open during the night.
