The location is perfect for AnnaFest.

That it’s in a neighborhood so quiet hours are very strict. We came for AnnaFest and quiet hours should start later during the fest.

The apartment was very convenient for the Annafest in the Kellerwald. Easy 3 minute walk.

It needs a good spring cleaning. Visable spider webs with large spiders. The outdoor furniture needs cleaned and the bushes and trees need trimmed. The tree limbs block the walk way on the balcony.

The location was great and the property was very nice. Very well furnished, inside and out. The house was minutes from Centrum Forsheim and the bahnhof was within walking distance. The property was also very secure. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you for your hospitality.

The only concerns we had were the incredibly awful odor coming from the dishwasher when we put our dishes in there. We ran it anyway, but it smelled terrible. Also the toilet upstairs does not flush very well. The parking arrangements are also less than ideal, but I also realize there isn't much you can do about that.

An excellent, spacious, self-contained house in a quiet residential district. Two large double bedrooms, one on the top floor and one in the basement provide flexibility, comfort and lots of storage. The kitchen is modern and excellently equipped and the main living area provides lots of seating and eating options. There is outside space too if the weather allows. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was a separate utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Petra, the hostess, was easily contactable by phone and we were able to let ourselves into the house and make ourselves at home. Parking was easy and free in the road outside the house. Forchheim is a lovely little town and the centre is only about about 10 minutes away on foot; the station is about the same distance The Kellerwald with its numerous Bier Kellers is a short walk up the hill behind the house, although out of season do not rely on these to be open during weekdays or late evenings.

Some house information e.g. rubbish/recycling, heating, TV etc. would be useful and I couldn't make the internet work, although this was probably finger-trouble on my part.
