OMG! I was so nervous about staying downtown, but the location was so amazing! We were within walking distance of everything. The bar and staff were amazing! Our room was spotless, tidy, and we had the most amazing view. Our front desk rep Christian was Awesome! He was so friendly and really helped me with a stressful check-in. I don't know how my visit would've went if he didn't check me in.

There is nothing that you can fix, this property exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast service: Poorly staffed (maybe it was just bad luck that weekend) but since they were short handed it took a long time. Also breakfast wasn't free of charge as advertised it was just for two people although we were 3 in a room which wasn't explained properly anywhere. Parking is on the 5th or 4th floor can't remember of an adjacent building but there is no connection between buildings so you need to go main floor level then walk to the parking lot take and elevator and go up. The entrance to the parking building is through an alley so it feels a little odd. You need to ask for a pass in order to get int and out of the parking lot so make sure to ask for it at the front desk.

The room was nice. I liked that there was a bar and restaurant down stairs

I was charged $248.00 on February 28, 2023 thru booking.com. I arrived at the hotel on March 9, 2023 I was charged $158.00 then I was charged $100.00 on March 10, 2023. I will like a full refund minus $ 14.00 for parking

breakfast was included however nobody explain us through vouchers and is just for two people per room regardless if ur party is 3 or 4. no indoor connection to parking garage. elevator floor crack snd was dirty. there is a $14 charge per day fee for parking breakfast was a la carte snd it took some time. new cook

The location was great. it was close to everything.

The room was ok- small bathroom. One front desk clerk needs more customer service skills. But really it was the parking that was upsetting. Despite the fact that parking was an additional fee, we had to walk down a dark alley to access the parking garage. There was always some suspicious activity behind the hotel in that alley, along with garbage dumpsters. It did not make me feel safe at all.
