Staff was nice

They really oversold this hotel. Breakfast was very minimal, we had breakfast included in our rate only for there to be confusion that it didn't come with the room. We eventually got it straightened out but it was annoying. Our room wasn't clean, when we first arrived we wiped down the windows and black stuff came off of it.We also found dirty clothes in our closet and underwear in the elevator. Hallways are very dark and rooms look like there falling apart. There were also scratches on the bathroom door. We found a roach the second night, there were also major potholes coming in. It looks like outside is being landscaped so it doesn't look the best coming in. Room smelled bad and was stuffy. Since this hotel is dog friendly sometimes you could hear barking at night. It was also very noisy from outside and inside. If you're staying in this area long do not go here at all!

Returning from event downtown on Saturday 2/24 at 11 pm, we found parking problematic - all handicapped spaces were gone and there were only two normal spaces available.

You can tell this hotel was run by a certain nationality that does just cosmetic stuff. There was mold in the shower and when I tried to turn the shower on the handle moved and so did the shower head nothing was attached correctly.. I went down to get breakfast which I was told was free and I got a cookie and the staff asked if I wanted to put that on my room. I said isn't breakfast free and she said just coffee and tea!! They were trying to charge $1.50 for a pack of grits lol. I was like $132 and I need to pay for breakfast. Usually a loft hotels are very nice I wondered why the rating was in the 7`s . There is no lighting in the room can barely see.

Beautiful and clean

I purchased a double bed room but got a suite with king size and sofa.

All staff were friendly and accommodating. The lobby was clean and inviting. I was so close to so many shopping and food options. They also had a goodie bag for my pup.

My room was not as clean as it should have been. I found particles of Marijuana in one of the office chairs. There was not enough grass in the area for a "pet friendly" hotel. I had a noise disturbance my last night there, as there were teenagers running up and down the halls and they started knocking on random doors. I wanted to leave that night. Its more peaceful during the week.

To expensive!! Did not eat

Shades did not go all the way down. Lights were to bright.

The lobby smelled of some type of old musty perfume and actually gave me a headache. Frozen food sold, no microwave to heat food up. Rips in carpet. Very loud, can hear everything in hallway or lobby area.

Room was nice and check in was easy

Bed linens weren’t as clean as needed when asked for a new blanket they brought us the wrong one after she asked me which one I needed specifically. The TV cable was out and we couldn’t get our remote to turn the volume down the entire trip after. Lastly the cleaning service attempted to clean our room up before check out time while we was out getting breakfast. Came back to the door open, blankets off the bed, personal items moved but no cleaning lady in the room had to call front desk to double check if we were suppose to be gone yet or not.

Everything was well put together. Facilities were clean, smelled very nice, and slept like a baby. Only downfall was breakfast wasn't fully provided because of the holidays. Other than that it was a well deserved experience.

The lighting in the halls of the hotel was horrible!!! Everything looked dingy and dirty and had a funny smell. Fingerprints all over the room and it just didn't feel clean.

I book my stay with booking.com and the website says that pets stay with no additional charge. That was always true in the past. This time the person working the desk said she was going to charge me an additional $50. I explained I had never been charged in the past and the website says no additional charge. I chose this hotel because of its pet policy and the professional friendly staff. Didn’t work out so well this time

Staff was friendly and helpful

The door stuck every time it was closed. Made it impossible for my wife in a wheelchair. The shower only had hot water so it was not able to use it, not what we paid for. Room 129

We were traveling home to Florida with our small dog. We searched exhaustingly for a “pet friendly” hotel. All we encountered required a $75 non-refundable pet fee. Not so pet friendly after all. Finally, we found Aloft Hotel on hotel.com. Lo and behold, they were truly pet friendly, and did not require any additional fee. They even provided a doggie goodie bag! We were happily impressed.

Nothing negative to record. The web site at hotel.com did say there was a $7.95 breakfast, however, the items available were all Allacart. We didn’t partake.

The hotel is beautiful ❤️ great atmosphere and downstairs is pretty lit with the bar and pool table!

I didn't like there was no microwave and freezer in the room and the ants in my bed
