シャワーの壁が少し劣化を感じた 少し迷ってしまった

The room I was assigned was next to the entrance door. Every time there were guests coming in and out, which was very frequent till slightly after midnight, I could hear very well even though I used an ear plug. However, after midnight or later, there were no people in/out. Then, I could get a good sleep. The guest traffic started again around 6.30am-7am. So, I will not recommend for people who want a good sleep before midnight and wake up after 7am.

好立地で安く泊まれる。 カプセル内の居心地が良かったです。 周囲の音もさほど気にならずしっかり睡眠がとれました。

やはり水回りは共有なのでそれなりの清潔さ。 カプセルなので仕方ないですが、荷物を階の違うロッカールームに置かなきゃいけないので少し面倒でした。

The main issue with this place is the lack of air ventilation. Woke up the next day with a sore throat which further led to getting sick the following night. The capsules don’t manage temperature well at all. No space for people to manage their luggage personally, people simply unpack their clothes in the middle of the hallway (no space provided to do so). Men’s showers have no operating fans with plenty of mould present. Booked Nine Hours Akasaka for my first capsule experience. Serves its purpose but don’t expect much. Left my stay early given the above issues.

Cheap, clean, good location and staff were friendly and helpful

Aircon wasn’t adjustable per pod so it was like being cooked every night, I do run hot though and like being cold. The locker spaces are cramped and small so sorting luggage can be a pain

- les toilettes puent vraiment et sont très petites, il faudrait mettre des désodorisant dedans - Dans toutes les affaires qui nous sont donnés merci de mettre des boules caisse… votre voisinage peut être très agaçant en fonction de la nuit où vous tombez - La lumière reste allumée toute la nuit et le rideau de la capsule laisse passer la lumière… C’est embêtant car le noir complet n’est pas réalisable

There’s no space for the suitcase in the locker, you need to check out every day from 10-2pm, the lockers are in an entirely different space than the rooms, there’s no soap in the bathroom

カプセルだけれど広々していて快適、寝心地も良い、静か。上段や隣ベッドの軋む音とかが（人がいなかったのかもしれないけれど）聞こえてこなかった。1人で観光目的以外の宿泊が多いため、カプセルホテルに泊まることが多いですが、このお値段でこのクオリティーは大変素晴らしいと思います。シャワーや洗面も、まだ新しいからかもしれませんが清潔感があり、人が多く混雑していても、すぐ汚れの取れるペーパータオルが常備してありよかったです。

宿泊客が多かったせいか、朝の洗面台では側で少し待つ人もいました。洗面スペースを半分にして、水道のないパウダールームを増やせば多い人数でもカバーできそう、と少し思いました。不満というほどではないですが。。あと、連泊でしたが10時-14時は清掃のためロッカールームにも入れないそうで、そこは少し不便でした。

Un poco incómodo, todo queda en partes diferentes

We expect to have a reasonable basic stay, which was mostly fine. However, the locker was ridiculously small, and squeezing my normal sized 24 inch luggage into the locker was a struggle. We were staying for two nights in a row, and the instructions on whether I could leave some of my unvaluable possessions in my capsule was unclear. I understand that all staff are trying their best, but their lack of English means they can't effectively convey simple information to guests. There was a simple info sheet explaining really basic things, which wasn't enough. The morning call at 9.30, 9.45 and 9.55 every day to remind guests of check out at 10am was quite annoying too.

Kana from the hotel staff is absolutely amazing. She made my stay very comfortable.

Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom/locker area was too small, over crowded. Hotel staff (other than Kana) are hard to communicate with if you dont speak the local language.

My stay at 9h was excellent. The place was consistently clean and tidy, creating a comfortable environment throughout. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location close to Tokyo city center added great value to my overall stay. Highly recommended for a pleasant and well-located accommodation option.

The pods were uncomfortably hot and the amount of space down in the locker room made it very awkward when other people were around. Didn’t really enjoy myself.

Location was excellent, Akasaka is a beautiful place and 9h is out of the hustle and bustle.

While the capsule itself was a fun gimmick, the pillows and mattress were a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the common areas were much too crowded. The morning to get ready was tough as baggage areas are crowded and it’s tough to find space to change clothes. Their lounge area was more of a check in space at the front of the location, and less a proper lounge.

I think that the personel was very nice and helpful. Location is also spot on as it is very close to the metro station and the 2 lines existing there serve as a great connection with the rest of Tokyo

When booking I was not aware that when you stay for more than one night you have to check out every day before 10 and you can come back and checked in again after 14. This checking out and in system daily is very inconvenient and as I understand why it exists in the capsule hostels, I think this information is very important and should be displayed and communicated better. Have I known about this system I would choose different place to stay in as it was very inconvenient considering my itinerary and plans in Tokyo. The lack of repacking space is also a big issue especially for people that travel with more luggage (travel for a longer time). The lockers only fit the carry on size so one has to leave bigger luggage on the front desk, the space in the locker room is small so in the evening and before check out time when everyone try to access their baggage and repack their suitcases there is no room to even open it moreover actually repack it as it blocks others access to their lockers.

以前よりパブリックスペースが汚くなりました。使う側の質もありますが、汚れている。清潔感がない。トイレ、シャワールーム、ロッカーが不快でした。 定期的に清掃してくださるだけでも印象は違うと思う。１年半前は違いました。清潔に保たれていました。

Le personnel est très sympathique et literie confortable ! On a assez de place dans les capsules et c’est très calme.

Je crois que l’établissement est victime de son succès. Il n’y a clairement pas assez de place pour les douches et lavabos.. beaucoup trop de monde du côté des femmes avant le Check out de 10heures. Une catastrophe ! Peut être faudrait-il ajouter 2 emplacements où on peut se préparer à chaque étage ?

The breakfast was good and it was in a good location

They advertised a lounge area but it was just a couple of chairs by reception that was always full so there was no communal area available. The pods also only have a thin blind to close them which means it's very loud at night, everytime someone moved in another pod you could hear it and you could hear lots of sounds coming from outside all night so it was hard to sleep.

B1シャワールーム内の換気口にホコリがすごく溜まっており、定期的な清掃があるとよき 229のロッカーの下部分のヒンジが外れていて ドアに隙間かできてしまうので、修理して欲しい 寝心地が悪いのでクッション性が上がるともっと良い

荷物の持ち込みができず、メイクルームがないのでとても不便だった

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet und die Lage ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt.

Die Looker wären definitiv viel zu klein, allgemein war der gemeinschaftsbereich (looker, Waschbecken, duschen,..) meiner Meinung nach sehr eng. Eine Toilette war defekt und die duschen waren in einem schlechten Zustand.
