Great location, friendly, helpful and English speaking staff. Room size was good for Tokyo (although we booked a large room)

Bathroom was big but the floors really cold. Shower curtain was sticking to us while showering all the time and flooding the bathroom nonetheless, this could be improved. And like in every room we encountered in Japan: not enough hooks to hang your clothes on.

The onsen was an amazing touch. Close to 3 metro lines and an overground. Really easy to Shinjuku and shibuya. Nice neighbourhood with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We walked to Tokyo tower in about 30 mins.

Rooms were small, as to be expected in Tokyo. Didn’t bother us too much, but we didn’t have a ‘big suitcase’ and have seen other reviews that say it was difficult with one.

Beautiful and modern design with touches of Japanese aesthetic combined to make an amazing hotel! Service was very friendly and polite, and they speak very good English if you need assistance. They have free water and tea downstairs, and a bathroom gender separated on the top floor. Very comfy and clean rooms in a great location. Minutes walk from metro and delicious food right out the door. Highly recommend!

Fijne onsen op 9e etage. perfecte ligging op loopafstand van meerdere metrolijnen. Stilte in kamer. Twinkamer heeft 2 ruime bedden. Sfeervolle verlichting.

De kamers zijn wel erg klein maar wij zetten koffers en bagage in bad en gingen dagelijks naar de onsen die ruim en heerlijk is. Geen uitzicht.

Siamo arrivati durante l’inverno, sala da colazioni piccola, si rienpia subito. C’è un terrazzo ma fa freschetto l’inverno! Colazione buon, Wi-Fi gratis, c’è un piccolo bar piano terra dove poi prendere caffè quando voi gratis. Posizione ideale centrale.

Great location, awesome to walk around at night. Great restaurants around and train station near by. Asked staff to watch bags after check out and were happy to oblige.

Very clean as you would expect in Japan, close proximity (5 to 10 minutes walk) to multiple train stations and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. I didn't realise that there was a public hot bath on the top floor which was a pleasant surprise! Our room was also cleaned everyday and had plenty of amenities.

Not really something that I could change unless I'm upgrading but the room space? Even though we got a deluxe room it was still a bit cramp with large luggages for two people.

It is comfortable, central, easy access to the train stations. There is a hot spa separate for men and women, hot spa like the Roman baths.

Top Lage mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Essen und nicht weit von der Metro entfernt. Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Kaffee und Tee immer verfügbar.

Es wäre schön ein paar mehr westliche Optionen beim Frühstück zu haben. Manchmal musste man anstehen für einen Tisch beim Frühstück.

Great location with many places to eat and drink and close to all major places for Tokyo travellers.

The location was decent, not too far from both 赤坂 and 赤坂見附 stations, making travel relatively easy around the city. The staff at the check-in was friendly and had good English. The size of the beds was decent, not so common here around in Japan. Pretty nice impression at first sight.

The wash basin was in the room instead of in the bathroom. While being convenient at times, the splashing of the water on the table was quite annoying most of the time. The public bath is on the top floor and whenever using it, you'd need to bring the towels, etc. from the room, which is also quite inconvenient.

The onsen and facilities for the price point are amazing. Akasaka is also a very nice suburb and the hotel is close to quite a few train stations within walking distance for most lines. Well worth the money and the onsen is great!

The rooms were smaller than we expected from the pictures. Had to really squeeze in but honestly that was the only issue and a livable one.

The rooms are really very small. We could hardly move in our room with 2 suitcases. Better take twin beds, then you have more space.

Incredibly small! There wasn't even anywhere to put a suitcase. It is well styled, but shockingly small. Also don't waste your money on the hotel breakfast. It was a very odd assortment of foods, but lacking anything you would actually want for breakfast. One day it was onion rings and fish. We ended up getting breakfast from 711 next door most days. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, and the location is great. They were slow to respond (days later) to a request I sent through this website.
