Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, but when we arrived it was obvious the house wasn’t properly cleaned, floors and rugs ver dirty, we found slice of cheese on a windowsill, we had to vacuum entire place.

There was stuff under our beds that looked like they had been there for years. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. And the master bathroom shower was not clean at all. You should really have someone clean the homes better. Also there is so much dust under the couch in the living room

The house was very nice and spacious, and the view was beautiful. We all had a great time (8 adults, 2 children & 2 dogs) fit comfortable. The beach was very nice but you're on the bay so the water murky but there are 2 big pool complexes, and the development was very nice. The house needed a good vacuum, and I would suggest bringing your own bath towels, theirs were very stiff. Also, you should see if you can rent an extra golf cart, the house comes with one 6-seater but the house is for 10 guest.

Having a golf cart to explore the area was an unexpected plus. The only down side is the general area is a bit congested and the location of the house means a lot of traffic going by. Not entirely kid friendly… several nicknacks laying around for busy toddler hands. If staying more than 2 days you will want to bring trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc, very limited stock of necessities. We only had 1 trash bag to last a 4 day trip with 5 adults and a 3 year old. The location is perfect, use of golf cart is awesome. There are no blinds in the kitchen window which would have been a bigger issue if we didn’t have family staying next door, you can see directly into each rental from the window. All the bedrooms were great sizes so no issues with who gets which room. The view from the porch was great, we spent a lot of time out there looking at the marina and water just past...there was always a little breeze! Oh and Debbie was great, very responsive. We were sad that the pools were not open, we didn't know that so we were disappointed.Overall we would definitely come back.

The views from the porch at the house are beautiful. You feel like your involved with all the activities going on in the area. The representative Debbie Wilhelm is excellent. She is always available, and accommodating. She is so pleasant and easy to work with. She makes your stay more comfortable. The home is large and has all the most up to date amenities.The only cons for us is that the rugs in the bedroom in the back really needs a deep cleaning, and the rugs in the other rooms could use some cleaning as well. Also there was no broom or vacuum cleaner available for use to keep the day to day tidiness up.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and had what was needed. The view was good and I enjoyed eating on the deck. Would definitely use this seller again.About 30-40min to shore points. We visited state parks and had a great weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The nearby beach and playground were great for our young children. The rental was clean and tidy, except for the dust bunnies under the couches. The beds were very comfortable. Rarely have I stayed anywhere with more comfortable mattresses. The rental property was large and convenient. The rental had a well stocked kitchen. Their cancellation policy is very inflexible. We had to delay getting to the rental by one day and had to come home early by one day, so we paid for 7 days and only used 5. If I'd gone to a hotel, I would have at least gotten those two days back in terms of $$. So that is a huge downside for us. We have young children and sometimes vacations just don't go according to plan. We would come back and stay here if it weren't for that factor. I think we'll have to look for a future rental that has a more flexible policy.

We have been staying at Pot-Nets property for the last several years. They have excellent accommodations and the rental property, along with the community are well maintained.

Thank You Debbie for everything your service has been 5Star, the property was so nice, the views,the people, the house, The Paradise Grill was incredible, the service so awesome they enjoy making your vacation here the best, the bands just rock the house so much fun, we loved every minute of our stayhere. This house has lots of room, is neat and clean and dog friendly. Debbie at pot nets vacation rentals coudnt have been nicer, and we truly enjoyed our weekend! The house is in a great spot, the neighbor was welcoming and even let our dog play with his. What a lovely place to be! We will be back!!
