Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel, das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut.

De service, men was zo attent! We kwamen om de verjaardag van mijn vrouw te vieren! Ze hebben ervoor gezorgd dat onze dagen onvergetelijk zijn geworden! We hebben zelfs een enorme upgrade gekregen!

Ontbijt niet tijdig aangeslagen waardoor we erg lang moesten wachten, bedden heel erg zacht met kuil en borg tot op heden nog niet retour gekregen. Vooraf gevraagd verzoek niet juist uitgevoerd.

Classy, clean, peaceful.

Older crowd. Not many youngsters. Not much variety of cuisine. Staff is very attentive but sometimes too much when in the room.

The property was decorated festively for Christmas, and the lobby was stunning! Everything is super clean and luxurious!

La piscine est bien mais manque d’équipement de massage…… Surtout manque de place pour se reposer Et pas rangé du tout …..;(

Wij hebben tevens gedineerd met z'n 4-en in BRIDGES en dat was ronduit magnifiek ! Het eten zelf, de wijn keuzes (want wijn arrangement) en de geweldige kundige bediening. We waren al fan maar na deze keer nog meer !

Ik ben altijd erg gecharmeerd van de mogelijkheid tot een room upgrade tegen gereduceerd of acceptabel tarief. Wellicht zat het hotel vol - al kreeg ik die indruk niet - maar de mogelijkheid werd ook niet geboden.

Excellent staff, always helpful.

Location is very convenient but not ideal for young children. Lots of restaurants close by but the streets are constantly overcrowded.

check in and welcoming experience

Location

This my second time at the hotel and I got a very different experience. Receptionist is offering European a free upgrade and not me although I’ve paid higher. I got room in a first floor it’s So noisy at night I woke up multiple times between 2:00 am -5:00 due some knocking cracking and slamming doors !! They hold amount and charged me for the same amount and they didn’t release the amount till now. Also I have to ask for water every day and housekeeping to tide up my room!

The location was excellent. It is right in the middle of the action. The courtyard gave it just enough of a distance from the main street to give it a sense of privacy. The staff was very welcoming.

The room had a set of stairs to get from landing level to the sleeping area. Was not aware of that before we booked the room.

The gym is so so small, you can’t even say it’s a gym. The hotel breakfast is so deficient and the hotel was too old.
