Everything was fine. Breakfast very tasty.

Located in town centre though along a quiet road. Bergen is beautiful village for hanging out as well as walk in the dunes or on the beach. Latter bit firther away though.

Food quality is not the best, orange juice in morning is (poor) sirup based and scrambled eggs were maid for processed eggs (from the bottle). In evening food is more focussing on quantity than quality. The fish was good though covered with sauce and the plate covered with mashed potatoes. For good (and more limited amounts of) food there are some excellent other restaurants nearby.

A nice comfortable single room, plenty of parking space if you have a car.. just a ten minute walk from center, nice breakfast which was included in the price

I'd really like the atmosphere and the location. The breakfast was also really good. Staff was friendly.

There could be some renovation, some fans are noisy.

The scrambled eggs were disgusting because they were made from liquid eggs, not real ones. The boiled eggs were warmed up on Sunday and the egg whites were brown. The staff didn’t care. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. One of the ebikes we rented made loud noises which was irritating while riding through the quiet dunes.

Excellent breakfast including hot items and a good range of continental breakfast items. The hotel is well situated in relation to the city centre.

There were no towels when we arrived and we could not contact reception as there was no house phone. The double bed was two singles pushed together (not uncommon in Dutch hotels) but in this case one mattress was 2 inches higher than the other. Not very convivial for newlyweds and uncomfortably soft. No frills room, no tea/ coffee facilities. No lotions etc in the bathroom, just liquid soap. There was a pile of dirty towels and sheets in the corridor outside our room for several days. On checkout there was unexpected additional charges for car parking and local taxes.

the room was comfortable although the furniture was strange. everything was worn but acceptable. they had no butter at breakfast the majority of the time. unacceptable.

the room was really small! The shower was also tiny! We stayed here last year for a better price and the room was big. Now they gave us this tiny room. It was also not possible to find a parking space on the second evening!
