Alberto was a great host and gave us great recommendations on restaurants and the town. the property was great and had a terrace overlooking the lake ,the location also was great

A pretty simple apartment that has everything you need for a stay. The facilities of the building, such as a small private garden, a terrace with a ladder into the water and private entrances from the street or square gives a sense of luxury! Super tidy place with very friendly and thoughtful hosts; they even prepared a printed guide with the recommended restaurants and stores. Excellent location close to everything: a beach, sights to see, shops and cafes. Beautiful view. I wish we could stay longer! NB: make sure to contact the hosts, there is no reception and they hand out the keys themselves!

This is no disadvantage for us but just be aware that the apartment is on the ground floor, and the living room window is near the property’s exit to the street, so everyone passes it. You can close it with blinds though!

location and privacy

located on the lake, easy access to Riva Garibaldi, great Veranda available to all guests with great views. Alberto was extremely easy to contact and very responsive.

They picked me us up at the train station and helped with bags. Owner and son were great helping out and available if questions. The location and view of the lake from the outside terrace were fantastic.

The shower leaked a bit. The furniture was a bit tacky. No view of lake from apartment.

Alfredo met us at the train and drove us to th property—private villa on Lake Como. Our apartment was one of several in the building. Lovely apartment with a window view of the lake. Also picked us up drove back to train when we left
