Het ontbijt en de vriendelijke bejegening door het personeel, het ontbijtbuffet zag er verzorgd uit! Het ontbijt werd gratis aangeboden omdat we gasten van de dag waren. Bovendien stonden op de hotelkamer kleine attenties klaar voor ons als gasten van de dag.

Op het rekeningoverzicht van mijn creditcard zag ik later echter dat het ontbijt berekend was, terwijl ik een overnachting zonder ontbijt had gereserveerd en het kaartje op de kaart aangaf dat wij als uitgekozen gasten van de dag een gratis ontbijt aangeboden kregen. Na twee telefoontjes werden de voor het ontbijt berekende kosten gelukkig snel teruggestort.

Kamer was lekker ruim en schoon. Badkamer lekker groot, met een bad.

De airco kon niet kouder, het was best warm in de kamer. Licht naast bed was kapot, lich in de badkamer spiegel was ik kapot.

Alles beviel wel heel erg. Wat een leuke verrassing dat ik en mijn collega daggasten waren en gratis mochten ontbijten.

Good variety of food and drinks, reception working around the clock.

I was promised to receive 35EUR of city tax, that was paid twice due to special arrangement of the invoice. I have not received it yet.

Location and friendliness of the staff.

The bed. Mattress was lumpy. Due to the fun fair in the square it caused major interference with the reception of channel/ connection to the TV.

very nice hotel in Almere. it is good starting point if you want to visit Amsterdam and surrounding.

the hotel and the staff were amazing

The location is great, arriving and parking is easy. Reach the train station is simple when You want to go to AMS.

Typical Dutch experience: "sorry, we are very busy", "I have to ask my manager", "I'm sorry" and so on. The room was not ready at 2pm the second day, tv remote control not working, there is too much people on the staff doing nothing, they are not helpful at all.

It is not the first time that I am here , and first one was great , and this one is just better, The hotel has amazing location the view from the entrance is shocking beautiful. Workers were helpful in anyway possible and the room was great. I really enjoyed the bath and sleeping was dreamy and all the decoration is so well designed. You really feel here that you are in a top class property. Did I mention there was a coffee machine in the room. Just too good to be real.

Breakfast was bad. Actually, I felt as there is nothing to eat. I do not to offend anyone , since I am always so happy to visit this country and to meet such excellent people but it seems that there is some general problem all over Netherlands regarding food. I do not know what to tell you, just go one day to see how is the breakfast in some simple hotel in Cyprus or Poland and see for yourself how breakfast is served.
