Very warm welcome from the owners, the house was amazing, really nice style, clean and well furnished. Everything you need to enjoy your stay there. The area is calm, the city was nice too with supermarket near, restaurants and shops if you need. No bad point to mention at all, this is a great place to stay if you are visiting the area.

Lydeke and Hans have made sure that you have everything that you could possibly need or want at your fingertips and the breakfasts were amazing.
The beds were all comfortable and there were so many places where you could sit and relax.
Lovely quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to The Netherlands.

Fantastic comfortable stay. Definitely, worth coming! Delicious breakfast, beautiful rooms, very well equipped kitchen. Warm welcome (including wine).Last but not least - easy connection with Amsterdam :)

NO DISLIKE but a small chest of draws in lounge would help to store toiletries and minor clothing items for 3rd guest using the very comfortable bed

Superior quality and variety of food items ( diferent kinds of bread ) cold cuts, cheese, preservatives, et.c.etc.
First class cooking materials to prepare meals.
Above all….we appreciated the warm and friendly hosts.
We would definitely return to Lydeke and Hans at the Hovell B and B

It is a wonderful home close to the center of Huizen. The breakfast (excellent) was provided in the fridge to make it yourself at the time you want. It is a spacious property with tasteful interior. The hosts are very friendly and lovely people. Thank you for taking in account our allergies and food preferences. We felt very welcome!
It was hard to get the bathroom and bedroom warm enough, maybe because the thermostaat was in the kitchen which heated up very quick. The rest was excellent.

We enjoyed everything! A cozy Dutch home: comfort, design, elegance. As good food lovers we appreciated a lot the full furnished kitchen as well a delicious Italian dinner in a beautiful atmosphere. Thank you Hans and Lydeke

We were warmly welcomed to this beautiful B&B and had a wonderful stay there which, at the end felt short.
Garden is gorgeous, interior decoration is warm and pleasant, bed is super comfortable and bathroom is spacious and cosy. We were even able to pick some fresh fruits and herbs from the garden.
We can't wait to go back.

Very nice house and welcoming guests. The place is great if you want to be close to the nature and enjoy cycling through the forest nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.
